Gian Jyoti Group of Institutions organized a fresher party a cultural extravaganza to welcome the newly admitted students of Mangament & Engeering stream. Gian Jyoti Group of Institions’s Chairman J.S.Bedi was Chief Guest at this occasion.It was a proud privilege to watch the students glowing with delight. Seniors cordially escorted the junior students to their seats making them comfortable. The senior students presented a cultural bonanza of solo singing, solo dance, group song, group dance, Skits and other activities like pick & do competitions which were thoroughly enjoyed by the students as well as the faculty members. Fresh Batch Students also participated whole heartedly in various activities. Most of these participants were from third year and final year. The melodious songs were sung by Nitin, Sampath, Asif, Abhinay, Anshul and Sagar.
The marvelous solo dance performances by Ibtisam, Sonam kept the tempo high and increased the energy levels in the surroundings. Various Group Dances included D-Street Dance, Fusion Dance, Girls Bhangra and Lazy Boys Dance. The Modeling held on the occasion was highlight of the event. The students walked the ramp at the fresher’s party. Ravneet kaur, a student of BCA was crowned Miss Fresher’s and Adil Hajam, a student of BBA was declared as Mr. Fresher’s. The title of Miss Personality was won by Jaspreet Kaur and the title of Mr. Personality was won by Asif Ahmed Shah. The winner for the title of Miss Eve was won by Simranjeet Kaur whereas the title of Mr Eve was won by Sanjay. The day was concluded with the lunch in the college. The eventful day ended with congratulating the winners and thanks giving note by Chairman J.S.Bedi.
