The Annual Trishul Bhaint Yatra of Mata Chandi, which starts from Doda city was today flagged off by the Deputy commissioner Doda Bhupinder Kumar.The yatra will reach the temple of Goddess Chandi at village Chinote Bhaderwah on same day and after the Trishul Bhaint ceremony and other religious rituals it will proceed back to Doda in the evening. Amidst chanting of slogans and Bhajans of Mata Chandi large number of devotees participated in the yatra . Enroute Yatra received rousing welcome at Pranoo, Bhalla, Seri, Neota , Drudu, Ghata and Udrana. Earlier, while flagging off the Yatra DC Doda Bhupinder Kumar said that full proof security arrangements are in place for the successful conduct of yatra besides he informed that arrangements for safe drinking water, Medicare facility ,transport has been elaborately made at Chinote and also en route for the convenience of the yatris.
