Militants in Jammu and Kashmir are now dumping their AK-47 assault rifles and replacing them with Android phones, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said Monday."The power of the ballot has defeated the power of bullet in Jammu and Kashmir," Modi told a Bharatiya Janata Party election rally here in Jammu region. "Misguided youths who have AK-47 in their hands are throwing away AK-47 and replacing them with Android phones," he told the 50,000-strong meeting.The third phase of the assembly election in Jammu and Kashmir will take place Tuesday.
