Romance has always been the backbone of Bollywood movies and this time the music king Himesh Reshammiya is coming with the biggest romantic film of the year ‘Happy Hardy and Heer’. This film will feature Punjabi beauty and talented actress Sonia Mann in the lead role. Recently, the makers of the film released the first song from the film titled ‘Heeriye’ on the occasion of Himesh Reshammiya’s birthday.Arjit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal have given their vocals to the song. The lyrics of the song are penned by Vishal Mishra. And the cherry on the cake is the soulful music of Himesh Reshammiya. The video of the song is shot at the beautiful locations of Scotland and chemistry between both the leads is a treat to watch.
With this film, Sonia Mann will mark her debut in Bollywood. Prior to this, she has already featured in biggest Punjabi videos of singers like Sidhu Moosewala, Jordan Sandhu and Raftaar. She has also done a special appearance with Bollywood Greek God Hrithik Roshan’s Marathi film, Hrudayantar.Apart from Himesh Reshammiya and Sonia Mann, Naresh Suri, Manmeet Singh, Deep Mandeep, Ashwin Dhar, Sejal Shah, and Tripti Khamkar will play pivotal roles. ‘Happy Hardy and Heer' is directed by Raka. The whole project is produced by Deepshikha Deshmukh and Sabita Manakchand. The dialogues of the film are written by Bunty Rathore and Sonia Kapoor Reshammiya has written the screenplay.The trailer of the film will be released soon and the film will hit the theatres in September.
