The Machail Chaddi Yatra today commenced from its base camp Temple of Mata Chandi at Chinote Bhadarwah. The Chhadi Yatra started today morning which will be culminated on August 25.Near about 12000 pilgrims are undertaking the Chhadi yatra. Devotees from different part of the state assembled in premises of the Mata Chandi Temple from where the holy yatra started for Machail Padder in District Kishtwar.The pilgrims were chanting bhajans and religious sermons in a cavalcade of hundreds of vehicles including buses, matadors and cars.MLC Bhadarwah Naresh Kumar Gupta, ADC Bhadarwah Pawan Kumar Parihar, CEO BDA Rajinder Singh, ASP Rajinder Singh, SHO Munir Khan and other officers besides local citizens presented warm send off to the pilgrims.
