Sukhbir Singh Badal, Deputy Chief Minister, Punjab today announced that opening of Fazilka border to boost trade, prosperity, peace and brotherhood ties between both central asian countries would be the priority of NDA government after coming to power.Badal while laying the foundation stone of 100 percent sewerage network project for Fazilka said opening of Fazilka border would change the economic and social scenario of both nations and NDA would firm to open this immediate after coming to power. Accusing Congress led UPA Government for its ill-managed strategies, Mr. Badal said the misrule of NDA has put the country far behind economically and financially besides inflicting unprecedented inflation upon common masses just to extend benefits to MNCs. He said people of country has decided to elect NDA by removing UPA from centre and Mr. Narendra Modi was the most suitable and decisive politician, who can lead the country. He said Mr. Modi would be the next Prime Minister of country and extinction of Congress Party was inevitable. He also said Punjab would also register progress by leaps and bounds if NDA comes to power. Mr. Badal also said that SAD-BJP alliance would register massive victories on all 13 Lok Sabha seats.
Speaking about the development projects for Fazilka, Mr. Badal said this city would soon get a world class hospital at a cost of Rs. 45 crore to provide all modern medical facilities for Fazilka and the residents of adjoining districts. Mr. Badal also gave a call to the needy population to take full advantage of welfare schemes initiated by SAD-BJP Government including Rs. 1 per kg atta and Rs. 20 per kg Daal. He said recently unveiled traders policy was also give rid to traders from keeping books besides providing them various benefits including accidental insurance, health insurance and natural calamity insurance. Earlier Mr. Kamal Sharma, BJP State President also informed the gathering about the welfare schemes and development initiatives of Punjab Government.
Extending thanks to Mr. Badal for launching development projects at Fazilka Chaudhary Surjit Kumar Jiyani said SAD-BJP was fully committed for the overall development of border districts. He exhorted the electorate to cast their votes in favour of NDA for the betterment of country and Indians.
