At least three persons died on spot and five including a woman sustained serious injuries when a Tata Sumo in which they were travelling met with an accident near Shalgari on Pogal Ukhral road in Ramban district on Thursday afternoon in Jammu and Kashmir.People shortly after the accident held massive protest at Ramban against district administration and district hospital Ramban for alleged negligence and non availability of doctors at District Hospital Ramban, eyewitnesses told CNS.Witnesses added that due to non-availability of doctors, wounded passengers faced lot of difficulties.A police official said that rescue operation was quickly launched after the accident. “Three persons died in the accident while seven others were injured,” he said and identified the deceased as Abdul Rashid Ganie of Pogal, Driver Muzamil Chopan of Maligam and Molve Farooq Ahmed son of former MLA Molve Rashid.The injured were identified as Muhammad Rafiq Ganie and, Mushtaq Ahmed of Halla, Tanveer Bhat and Farooq Ahmed Rounyal of Gollha, Jameela Begum wife of Farooq Ahmed Runyal with her baby daughter and Yasir Ahmad Pawtari of Marnal Maligam in Pogal Paristan.
