Indo Global Colleges conducted 5 days faculty development with PTU  in which over 20 delegates from surrounding colleges including Indo Global participated. The resource persons included Prof. PK Singla, NITTTR Chandigarh, Dr. AB Gupta, Dr. Archna R Singh, Suditi Jindal, Mohita Saxena, Dr. PK Bansal, Meera Anand, Manjula. On the first day Prof. PK Singla inaugurated the session followed by Dr. A B Gupta speaking on Non-Verbal Communication Skills and Dr. Archna R Singh speaking on Phonetics for Speaking Effectively.The second day commenced with Prof SK Gupta addressing on  the Developing Interpersonal Skills through effective communication the teaching-learning experience .Later, Suditi Jindal gave information on  essentials for effective writing skills: grammar, drafting and e-mail and Prof PK Singla  spoke on presentation skills with exercises. 

Mohita Saxena  commenced the third day session with group discussions followed by Dr. PK Bansal speaking on effective teaching techniques. The session of the fourth day was commenced by Meera Anand followed by Ms Manjula speaking on classroom communication.  Speaking on the occasion Sukhdev Singla Chairman Indo Global emphasized the importance of consistently enhancing the academic and intellectual environment in the campus in order to achieve excellence. He further added that faculty development programs are a must and should be done at regular intervals to keep the faculty updated and sharp.Manav Singla CEO ,Indo Global Colleges said that the purpose of program was to imbibe the participating faculty members with more innovative and interesting teaching techniques, thereby making their lectures more enjoyable for the students.
