National Technology Day Celebrated at Indo Global Colleges

Indo Global Colleges celebrated National Technology Day with enthusiasm and zeal  . This day is commemorated with great pride in India every year to cherish the successful conduct of five Nuclear  tests that were carried out on 11 May 1998 in Pokhran. Seminar on the theme transform your future, a clear reflexion wherein students talked about the technology advancements, achievements and future of technology in India. Main topics covered by the students were mobile telecommunication, refrigeration and air conditioning, earthquake resistant buildings, power generation using different agri-waste, smart phones and android operating systems, green chemistry and role of technology in human resources.Chairman Indo Global Colleges Sukhdev Singla emphasized the use of technology for the upliftment of the poor and needy in the society. He motivated the Research & Development team of Indo Global to innovate and work on technologies for the benefits of the masses. CEO , Indo Global Colleges Manav Singla threw  light on the importance of the day like execution of nuclear test series in Pokhran, Rajasthan, and test firing of first Indigenous aircraft “Hansa-3” on this day in 1998. He also motivated students for their carrier in the field of technology citing the examples of eminent personalities. The occasion ended with the award of prizes to the best speakers of the day.
