Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) President Mehbooba Mufti has expressed her shock and grief over the demise of Hujjatul Islam Wal Muslimeen Aga Syed Nizam Uddin Razvi of Kargil. Late Razvi was also Qazi of Anjuman Jamiyat Ullema Islamia School Kargil who breathed his last at his Sankoo residence yesterday evening. In a condolence massage to KNS, Mehbooba Mufti expressed Aga Syed Nizam uddin Razvi as a dedicated social-religious figure who have done a lot for needy and deserving people in the state and Kargil district in particular. He was known for his decisions and jurisprudence in the area. She said the demise of Aga as a great loss to the society. “Aga Saheb was a versatile personality who will be always remembered for long for his impeccability and praise worthy services. The absence of his engagement in conduct and pursuit of religious instructions would be felt by society at large”, she added. Expressing sympathies with the bereaved family, she also prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
