Sohaib Ahmed elected as new Province President of Kashmir

Sohaib Ahmed has been elected as Province President of the Kashmir Province National Secular Forum (NSF).  The decision in this regard was taken in the one-day convention held at Iqbal Park in Srinagar. Large number of youth joined NSF on the occasion. Convention was attended by all the executive members of NSF including both state and provincial executives. A number of developmental plans were discussed in the meeting and further proceedings for the year 2014 were discussed.Addressing the convocation Surjit Choudhary State Vice-President NSF has welcomed the youths in strengthening the NSF. He said that this is going to make the NSF stronger. He said that seeing the response of the youth in joining NSF more is expected in future. He also said that problems being faced by the youth in these areas should be taken on top priority He said successive governments have failed to provide effective transport policy, healthcare facilities and other basic amenities. He declared that NSF is not only a student body but a fully fledged Social organization that is fighting for the cause of people for the last four and half years.Mr. Shoaib promised to work efficiently and according to the NSF plans and procedures and will constitute the NSF Province units, in all districts and Tehsil of Kashmir province and also NSF students units in all the colleges and universities of the Kashmir province.Among those who were spoken on the occasion included, Ravi Choudhary, Akshey, Barket Tahir,  and Dr.Amit Sharma.
