The Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Choudhary Sukhnandan Kumar today inspected Water Supply Scheme Rohama. He was accompanied by Yawar Dilawar Mir, MLA Rafiabad.The Minister during his visit directed the PHE department to complete the scheme at the earliest to augment the potable water supply in the area. On completion of the scheme, large number of villages including Rohama and Chijihama will be benefitted.People in large numbers met the Minister during his visit to the area and apprised him about various problems especially related to drinking and irrigation water facilities. The Minister assured them that the Government is committed to extend basic facilities to the people and he will ensure that the scheme gets completed at the earliest and people of the area receive potable water in their homes.
