A delegation of Solan led by Chairman Marketing Committee Solan Shri Ramesh Thakur and Director BoD, HPTDC Shri Surender Sethi called on Chief Minister, Shri Virbhadra Singh here today.They urged for upgradation of Kandaghat Hospital to 100 bedded hospital, construction of 10 kms of road from DDL Factory to Chauda road near Kandaghat road Ashwani Khud bridge. They requested to upgrade High Schools Dol-Ka-Jubbad and Kotla to Ten Plus Two standard, Middle schools Tikri Tananji and Kana to High Schools. They also urged for the construction of Lift Irrigation Scheme Quarg Panchayat Chamba Ka Nall to village Deiun Shichda Dmehri Anji and Lift Irrigation Scheme at Kurgal Dhamdheri Delgi Kothi.Social Justice & Empowerment Minister Dr. Col. Dhani Ram Shandil was also present on the occasion Chief Minister assured the delegation to consider their demands sympathetically.
