Around 5000 students from Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana & Himachal Pradesh appeared in The Management Aptitude Test (MAT) 2012 offline paper, today. The online version of the exam shall be conducted on 12thMay, 2012   all over India.  Chandigarh based MAT allied Business School i.e. Aryans Business School (ABS) distributed around 2000 examination kits in Chandigarh, Ambala, Yamunagar, Ludhiana, Hissar, Panipat, Jammu & Srinagar region etc. The examination kits comprised of pencils, eraser, sharpener and sweets. ABS has been providing necessary stationery items and conveys best wishes to the exam aspirants since last Five years.Commenting on the format of MAT, Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Business School said that the paper was easy as compare to last year MAT. Quantitative part was little bit difficult, but English and Reasoning part was very easy according to students who appeared for this exam.It is to be mentioned that All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi conducts Management Aptitude Test (MAT) on national level every year in the month of February, May, September and December. The Government of India has approved MAT as a National Entrance Test for getting admission to various MBA and equivalent programmes. All management institutes that participate in MAT are either AICTE (All Indian Council for Technical Education) approved or affiliated to universities.
