Chief Engineer of Public Health Engineering Department of Kashmir Muzaffar Ahmad Lankar on Saturday said that utmost water plants has been restored across the valley and it will take a bit of a more time to restore throughout Kashmir pision.While a Media conference in Srinagar, Lankar however added that flash flood damaged water plants and other machines very badly."Our Department did every possible measures to save the machines during floods in valley", Lankar said.Hailing the work and efforts of officials and workers of PHE Department, Lankar said that everyone within the department did his best during the tough time in Kashmir."We are trying our level best to restore other plants also before Eid", Lankar added in a Media meet.
