A meeting of the Committee constituted for examination and disposal of time bound (In-situ) promotion cases of eligible Revenue Department employees in district Doda was held today at the DC Office under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Krishan Lal.

The committee undertook a detailed review of service records and eligibility criteria of employees whose cases had been placed before it. After thorough scrutiny and deliberation, it approved time bound (In-situ) promotion in favour of three eligible employees, with effect from their respective due dates.

The approved cases comprised one Driver from Tehsil Office Bhaderwah, one Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) from DC Office Doda and one MTS from Tehsil Office Doda. The committee emphasised the need for timely processing of service-related matters and reviewed the status of pending cases to ensure that eligible employees receive their due benefits without unnecessary delay.

It reiterated that all promotion cases must be processed strictly in accordance with prescribed rules and guidelines to maintain transparency and fairness. The meeting was attended by the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner Revenue and Accounts Officer. Tehsildar Bhaderwah, Tehsildar Bhalla and Tehsildar Chilly Pingal participated virtually.

The committee directed all officers concerned to furnish complete service records and requisite documents in a timely manner to facilitate expeditious disposal of such cases in future.
