Haryana Vidhan Sabha Deputy Speaker, Dr. Krishan Lal Middha, said that Jind district has witnessed unprecedented momentum in development works during the tenure of the present state government. He said that development projects are being executed across both urban and rural areas in a balanced manner, ensuring improved civic amenities and better quality of life for the people.

Reaffirming the government's commitment to development, he asserted that there would be no shortage of funds for public welfare and infrastructure projects. Dr. Krishan Lal Middha was addressing citizens during a public grievance  in the Janata Darbar organized at his residence on Monday.

On the occasion, he listened to complaints, suggestions, and demands raised by residents from various villages and urban localities. He directed the concerned officers to take immediate action on the issues presented before him.

Several grievances were resolved on the spot, while directions were issued for the prompt disposal of the remaining cases within a stipulated timeframe. The Deputy Speaker said that under the leadership of Chief Minister, Sh.  Nayab Singh Saini, the state government is working with a firm commitment to the principle of Antyodaya—uplifting the last person in society.

He emphasized that the government's primary objective is to ensure that the benefits of welfare schemes launched by both the Central and State Governments reach every eligible beneficiary, particularly those at the grassroots level. Keeping this objective at the forefront, the government is ensuring effective implementation of various public welfare programmes.

Highlighting the achievements of the state government, Dr. Krishan Lal Middha said that significant development works have been undertaken in the fields of education, healthcare, drinking water supply, roads, electricity, irrigation, and other essential infrastructure sectors. He further said that continuous efforts are being made to provide urban-standard facilities in rural areas as well.

Priority is being accorded to the construction and strengthening of village roads and streets, improvement of drainage systems, development of community infrastructure, and other projects directly linked to public welfare, said Dr. Krishan Lal Middha. He directed officers to ensure that no negligence is shown in addressing public grievances and that citizens are not compelled to make unnecessary visits to government offices.

Timely resolution of people's issues, he said, is the foremost responsibility of the administration. A large number of residents attended the Janata Darbar and presented their concerns and demands before the Deputy Speaker. Assuring them of the government's commitment to public welfare, Dr. Middha stated that every issue concerning public interest would be addressed with seriousness and that the pace of development in the district would continue unabated.

Officers from various government departments and other dignitaries were also present on the occasion.
