Haryana Public Works and Public Health Engineering Minister, Sh. Ranbir Gangwa said that under the leadership of Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, the state government is working with transparency, accountability and public welfare as its top priorities. He said that ensuring a smooth drinking water supply to the people during the intense summer season is among the government’s highest priorities.
He said that the Public Health Engineering Department is continuously monitoring the drinking water supply system across the state. Officials have been directed to ensure the quick resolution of water-related complaints and make sure that no area faces a drinking water shortage. Water is also being supplied through additional tankers in areas where needed.
Sh. Ranbir Gangwa said that the government’s aim is to provide basic facilities to people in a timely and transparent manner. The department is also continuously working towards water conservation, strengthening the pipeline system and improving the drainage system.
He said that the Public Works Department is also carrying out large-scale development works across the state to strengthen the road network. Continuous efforts are being made towards the construction of new roads, the strengthening of old roads and improving traffic facilities so that people can get safe and smooth transportation facilities.
The Public Works and Public Health Engineering Minister said that the Haryana Government is continuously working with commitment for the development of the state and the welfare of the people.
