Haryana Health, Medical Education and AYUSH Minister Arti Singh Rao said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, the government is committed to rural development. Development works are being implemented on a priority basis. She said that Kheri and Khatiwas villages are like her own, and she shares a family bond with both villages.
Whenever there was a need, the people of these villages extended wholehearted support. She assured that no shortage will be left in the development of both villages. She also announced a grant of ₹10 lakh each for the development of Khatiwas and Kheri villages.
Arti Singh Rao was addressing a gathering during a felicitation function held in Khatiwas village of Jhajjar district on Saturday. She said that she will always remember the respect and honour given by the people of Kheri and Khatiwas villages, especially as she has had a long-standing familial connection with them.
She assured that most of the demands submitted by the Gram Panchayats of Kheri and Khatiwas will be fulfilled. She also stated that the pipeline work for water drainage will be completed at the earliest. She added that it is a matter of pride for her to be appointed in charge of this area, and the people of the region can approach her anytime for public welfare works.
She said that the government has ensured the availability of facilities such as X-ray, ultrasound, CT scan, MRI machines, and expert staff in hospitals across the state. People are also benefiting significantly under the Ayushman scheme. The government is accelerating development works while keeping in mind all regions and sections of society.
