Haryana Social Justice and Empowerment Minister, Sh. Krishan Kumar Bedi said that the government is considering the development of three new sectors in Samalkha. Nearly 498 acres of vacant land in Sectors 1, 2, and 4 will be procured through the e-Bhoomi portal with the consent of landowners.

The Minister was responding to a question raised by a member during the ongoing budget session of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha here today. He further apprised the House that approximately 40,000 acres of land in about 12 sub-divisional towns across the state, including Samalkha will be developed as new sectors.
