Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi, the hope and trust of the people of the country have strengthened. He stated that during just 11 years of governance by the Bharatiya Janata Party, 25 crore people in the country have come out of poverty.
The Chief Minister was addressing journalists at the Rajhans Tourism Centre during the Surajkund Mela on Thursday. He said that the Bharatiya Janata Party is implementing welfare policies for every section of society. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has gained a new identity on the global stage. Today, the entire world looks at India with hope.
The Chief Minister said that the opposition currently has no issues and has become directionless. He remarked that the opposition appears frustrated, and its irresponsible statements are proof of this. The people of the country and the state have lost faith in the opposition.
He further said that in the upcoming Assembly elections in Punjab, the Bharatiya Janata Party will emerge victorious. Speaking about the International Crafts Mela being held in Surajkund, the Chief Minister said that more than 1 million visitors have already attended the world-famous fair.
Renowned artisans from India and abroad are showcasing their handicrafts at the event. The fair not only provides an opportunity to see handicrafts but also to understand and appreciate them. The exceptional craftsmanship of well-known artisans is naturally attracting tourists visiting the fair.
He said that the Surajkund Mela is a unique confluence of art. Organized annually in Haryana, this fair provides an international platform to artists from across the world.
