Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that the government has carried out unprecedented work in the Ladwa area in sectors like infrastructure, irrigation, health, animal husbandry, sports, environmental protection and urban amenities. This symbolizes the government's commitment to the region’s sustainable development, public welfare and a bright future. 

The development works undertaken in the Ladwa Assembly constituency over the past period clearly demonstrate that both the policy and intent of our government are dedicated to public interest. Our aim is to make the Ladwa constituency a leader in development. Our sole objective is the development of this region and the upliftment of every citizen living here.

Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini was addressing a public gathering held in village Khairi on Wednesday. He announced ₹21 lakh for development works in village Khairi, ₹70 lakh for a drinking water pipeline, and construction of the village phirni. 

Referring to the memorandum of demands submitted by the Sarpanch, the Chief Minister said that other demands of the village would be forwarded to the concerned departments for fulfillment. Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that poor women are being provided gas cylinders at ₹500 per month to run their kitchens. This benefit is being extended to around 14.70 lakh families in the state. 

He said that the government has started free dialysis services for kidney patients in all government hospitals and medical colleges. In the past one year, 36,000 youths have been given government jobs without “parchi-kharchi” (recommendation or bribery). Including these, a total of 1.80 lakh jobs have been provided over the last 11 years.

He said that ₹807 crore has been spent on development works in the Ladwa Assembly constituency over the last 11 years, whereas only ₹310 crore was spent during the 10-year rule of the Congress. Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that under the Har Ghar Grihini Yojana, 9,240 families in the Assembly constituency are being provided gas cylinders at ₹500. 

Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, 364 houses have been constructed and 249 houses are under construction. Under the Ayushman Chirayu Yojana, 1.59 lakh people have been found eligible, out of which Chirayu cards have been made for 1.20 lakh people.

The Chief Minister said that North India’s first National Institute of Design has been established in Umri at a cost of ₹108 crore. A sewage treatment plant has been set up in Ladwa at a cost of ₹26 crore and sewer lines have been laid. Similarly, construction of the Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Memorial in village Umri is being carried out at an estimated cost of around ₹124 crore. 

This memorial is a historic step towards strengthening the values of social harmony, equality and the saintly tradition, and will inspire future generations. He said that a government polytechnic building has also been constructed in village Umri at a cost of ₹14.51 crore. Drinking water pipelines have been laid in 65 villages of the Ladwa Assembly constituency at a cost of ₹11.51 crore.

On this occasion, former State Minister Subhash Sudha, Deputy Commissioner Vishram Kumar Meena, SDM Anubhav Mehta and other dignitaries were present.
