The Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, Mandi, organized a two-day multi-media exhibition at Government Senior Secondary School, Chachyot, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. The exhibition focused on various centrally sponsored schemes, including Three New Criminal Laws, Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Right to Education, Ayushman Bharat Yojana, Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Jal Shakti Abhiyan, and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).

The exhibition was inaugurated by Shri S. S. Kashyap, Divisional Forest Officer (DFO), Nachan, as the Chief Guest. Principals of schools, teachers, and officers from various departments were also present on the occasion. Addressing the gathering, the Chief Guest said that such awareness programmes help people in remote areas gain information about government schemes and motivate them to take advantage of these initiatives. 

Resource persons from different departments and students also shared their views on the schemes during the programme. In his welcome address, Shri Sunil Kumar, Nodal Officer, CBC Mandi, stated that CBC promotes government schemes through exhibitions and public relations activities, especially in remote areas of the country. Students and members of the general public actively participated in the exhibition.

To promote the event, a pre-promotion programme was organized at ITI Chachyot, which was presided over by Shri Hitesh Sharma, Engineer and Principal, ITI Chachyot. Drawing competitions, quizzes, and cultural programmes were also organized as part of the outreach activities.
