Union Minister for Power, Housing and Urban Affairs, Sh. Manohar Lal today held a detailed review meeting of development works in six villages at the residence of Haryana’s Development and Panchayats Minister, Sh. Krishan Lal Panwar in Madlauda, Panipat district. He reviewed the progress of ongoing works in the villages and directed that the pace of development be further accelerated in the coming days.
The Union Minister informed that crucial development projects are underway in the villages of Madlauda, Naultha, Barana, Assandh, Bapoli, and Chiklana. These works include village secretariats, parks and yoga centres, development of cremation grounds, link roads and drains, condition of schools, streetlights, ponds, sewerage systems, and libraries. He said that these projects form the backbone of rural advancement and should be completed on top priority.
He also spoke directly with officers of the concerned departments at the Chandigarh headquarters over phone and directed them to ensure timely and high-quality completion of all works. Sh. Krishan Lal Panwar said that developing and making every village in the Madlauda Assembly constituency self-reliant is their priority.
He said the initiatives being implemented under the guidance of Union Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal will significantly enhance the quality of life in rural areas. All departments are working in coordination, he added, and the government will ensure that every promise is visibly fulfilled on the ground.
