Continuing its humanitarian work for the people of flood-affected regions, the Sarbat Da Bhala Charitable Trust, founded by Dubai-based philanthropist and eminent businessman Dr. S.P. Singh Oberoi, has now taken the initiative to organize the marriages of needy daughters belonging to flood-affected families. Sharing details about this noble initiative, Dr. S.P. Singh Oberoi stated that the Trust has decided to conduct the marriages of those daughters whose weddings had been scheduled but could not take place due to the recent floods.

He further informed that the Trust has directed its respective district teams to identify such families in their areas and prepare detailed lists, so that mass marriage ceremonies can be organized for these affected couples under the Trust’s supervision. Dr. Oberoi also added that the Trust will provide essential household items to all newly married couples to help them begin their new life with comfort and dignity.
