CEC-CGC Landran signs MoU with NIPM

The Department of Business Administration (MBA), Chandigarh Engineering College (CEC), CGC Landran has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Punjab Chapter, at a specially organised event on campus. The MoU signing ceremony was led by Dr. Rajdeep Singh, Campus Director, CGC Landran and Mr. Ajay Bakshi, Chairman, NIPM-Punjab Chapter. 

The partnership will help enhance industry-academia collaboration and promote professional development for Management students at CGC Landran. “This collaboration underscores CGC Landran’s commitment to integrating academic learning with professional exposure and industry engagement,” said Dr. Rajdeep Singh. 

Other distinguished guests present at the ceremony included Mr. S.P. Bansal, Regional Vice President (North), NIPM, Mr. Jorawer Singh, Honorary Secretary, NIPM Punjab Chapter, Dr. Maninder Gill, HoD, Department of Business Administration (MBA), CEC, CGC Landran and Mr. Mandeep Singh, Director, TPP, CGCLandran. The launch of the NIPM Student Chapter at CEC-CGC Landran, was another highlight of this event. 

It would be providing a platform for CGC’s students to engage with HR professionals, learn about industry practices and develop leadership and networking skills. An ensuing Expert Talk on 'Transforming Talent: AI’s Impact on HR & the Future of Work' by Ms. Deepti Kumari, Manager & Certified HR Business Partner, Netsmartz Infotech, focused on the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in reshaping HR processes and workforce management. 

The event successfully concluded with felicitation of the invited dignitaries and a formal vote of thanks by Dr. Rama Sharma, Faculty Coordinator and Talent Tactician HR Club, CEC, CGC Landran.
