As part of the ongoing Sewa Parv celebrations, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Jatin Kishore today inaugurated a medical screening camp under the 'Swastha Nari, Sashakt Parivar' Abhiyan (SNSPA) at District Hospital Ganderbal.

Specialized services such as maternal and child care, screening for non-communicable diseases, and adolescent health counselling were also offered. Awareness sessions on nutrition, hygiene, and preventive healthcare practices were conducted to promote healthy lifestyles.

On the occasion, DC also distributed Health Cards among beneficiaries. Later, he inspected various facilities at District Hospital including the Blood Bank, Medical Store, and Jan Aushadhi Kendra to review the availability of essential medicines.
