A special lecture on the theme “Guru-Shishya Parampara and Vyas Puja” was organized by the AIT-CSE Department of Chandigarh University on July 26, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The Chief Guest of the event was Dr. Suneet Gupta, Director of AIT-CSE, Chandigarh University. The Keynote Speaker, Dr. Veera Maanickam, Associate Director of AIT-CSE, delivered an inspiring address on the significance of the Indian Guru-Shishya Parampara, the contributions of Maharishi Ved Vyas, and the pivotal role of teachers in shaping society through education.

The event was coordinated by Dr. Ranjan Walia and witnessed the enthusiastic participation of over 35 faculty members and staff from the department.
