Dr. Saket Kumar, Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Haryana, who is also looking after the work of CM Window, Jan Samvad and Chief Minister Social Media Grievance Tracker at the headquarters, has instructed the nodal officers of all departments to take the complaints of the public received on these mediums seriously. 

A letter of dissatisfaction will be written to those departments which have not started action on the complaints.Dr. Saket Kumar was chairing today the review meeting of the departments related to CM Window, Jan Samvad and Chief Minister Social Media Grievance Tracker, such as Town and Country Planning Department, Urban Estate (Haryana Urban Development Authority), Housing Board and Housing for All.

He clarified to the nodal officers that before coming to the meeting, they should update the Action Taken Report on the complaints related to the department on the portal.  He said if action is not initiated on complaints of more than 120 days, then strict action will be taken against the officers of such departments as per rules.

He said that along with Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, Housing for All is also included in the primary schemes started by Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the departments related to housing that such complaints and applications should be settled soon and houses should be allotted to the people. 

He said that Haryana Urban Development Authority and Housing Board will have to work in more coordination, only then we can achieve the goal of housing for all.OSD to Chief Minister Sh. Vivek Kalia, Sh. Rakesh Sandhu and IT Advisor Sh. Dhruv Majumdar were also present in the meeting.
