The Vice President of India, Jagdeep Dhankhar, met Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu at his official residence, Oak Over, today. The Chief Minister warmly welcomed the Vice President and honoured him with a traditional Kinnauri muffler, Himachali cap, and a Kangra painting as a token of Himachal’s rich cultural heritage.
During the meeting, the two leaders engaged in discussions on various development initiatives and projects underway in the state. Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Anirudh Singh, Public Works Minister Vikramaditya Singh, Technical Education Minister Rajesh Dharmani, and MLA's Sanjay Awasthi, Ajay Solanki and Smt Kamlesh Thakur were also present on the occasion.
