Union Minister of State Rao Indrajit Singh led a grand ‘Tiranga Yatra’ in Rewari today to commemorate the resounding success of “Operation Sindoor” a symbol of India’s military prowess and strategic excellence.The patriotic march, dedicated to the valor and heroism of the Indian Armed Forces, began at Maharana Pratap Chowk and concluded at the Shaheed Smarak near the Mini Secretariat. 

The event saw enthusiastic participation from civilians, ex-servicemen, youth, and women. Among the notable attendees were Rewari MLA Laxman Singh Yadav, Bawal MLA Dr. Krishna Kumar, Kosli MLA Anil Yadav, BJP District President Vandana Popli, and former Minister Dr. Banwari Lal.

Addressing the gathering, Union Minister of State Rao Indrajit Singh said, “Operation Sindoor stands as undeniable proof of the Government of India’s zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism. This mission reflects the unparalleled courage, strategic acumen, and unwavering dedication of our armed forces to national security.” He emphasized that Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi has made it unequivocally clear that any act of terrorism will be treated as an act of war and will be responded with the full force of the nation.

Highlighting the broader significance of Operation Sindoor, Rao Indrajit Singh said that it is not merely a display of military strength, but a strong message to the global community that India will go to any length to safeguard its sovereignty and protect its citizens. The world has witnessed and acknowledged the valor of our forces. 

He further asserted that the operation marked a significant victory not only against Pakistan but also in reinforcing India’s commitment to national sovereignty. “This mission has showcased India’s strategic thinking and military competence on the global stage,” he added.

Calling the operation a living testament to precise military planning and the bravery of Indian soldiers, the Minister said that this is the face of the new India—a nation that responds to threats with decisive action and strikes terror at its roots. The Tiranga Yatra also served as a tribute to the brave hearts who have laid down their lives in the service of the nation. 

Rao Indrajit Singh urged everyone to remain committed to the unity, integrity, and honour of the armed forces. The Yatra concluded with a solemn and respectful singing of the National Anthem at the Shaheed Smarak.
