With the resolution of Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini of a drug-free Haryana, the state-level Cyclothon yatra carrying the message  'Hum Sabka Sanjha Sapna-Nasha Mukt Ho Haryana Apna' began its journey today from Palwal to Faridabad. Haryana Sports Minister, Sh. Gaurav Gautam flagged off the Cyclothon yatra and conveyed his best wishes. 

People from across Palwal district participated enthusiastically and took a collective pledge of 'Hum Sabka Sanjha Sapna-Nasha Mukt Ho Haryana Apna' to support the cause. Speaking at the event, Sports Minister, Sh. Gaurav Gautam encouraged the youth of Haryana to play an active role in eradicating social evils like drug addiction. 

He said that a drug-free India is essential for realising Prime Minister, Sh.Narendra Modi’s vision of a developed India by 2047. Cyclothon Yatra, which is running through every district of Haryana, is spreading the message of drug-free Haryana.

Earlier on the day, the Cyclothon reached Palwal from Sub-divison Hodal. MLA, Sh. Harinder Singh, SDM, Hodal Ms. Belina, and other dignitaries flagged off the rally from Hodal. Deputy Commissioner Dr. Harish Kumar Vashishtha cycled along with the Cyclothon from village Bheem Sika and reached Maharana Pratap Chowk in Palwal, continuing to lead the journey on bicycle.

Sports Minister Administers Pledge for a Drug-Free Haryana 

Sports Minister, Sh. Gaurav Gautam made the people take a pledge to stay away from drugs. He also said to report anyone involved in selling drugs through the MANAS Portal or by calling the toll-free numbers 9050891508 and 1933.
