Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini while addressing a press conference on Monday to mark the successful completion of 100 days of the State government's third term said that the government's aim is to ensure that even the poorest person in the state has a house.

Fulfilling this commitment, so far, 4,533 plots have been given in 61 Gram Panchayats and one Mahagram, shared  Sh. Nayab Singh Saini.

Divulging more details he said, additionally, in the last 100 days of the present state government, financial assistance of Rs 11.53 crore has been provided under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban and Rural) to help 885 families build permanent homes.

The Chief Minister said that the state government has started the Mukhyamantri Gramin Awas Yojana for poor families. Under this scheme, 15,256 poor families in 14 cities have been provided 30-square-yard plots.
