Mizoram Governor General V.K. Singh (former Army Chief) prayed with his family at the Mata Mandir in Devsar, Bhiwani district and wished for the prosperity of the state and the country. General VK Singh reached the temple in Devsar village along with his family and took blessings of Mata Rani. After this, the Governor wished the country and the people of the state a Happy New Year.
The Governor said he prayed for the progress and well-being of the citizens of the country. Haryana state and the country should make unprecedented progress in the economic and social sector as well as health, education and other areas and move forward with new hopes and resolutions.
He said Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi has resolved to make India a developed country by the year 2047. We wish that India's unique growth in the global economic sector is ensured in the future as well. Common citizens have an important role in it. He said today, the importance of the Indian passport has increased in other countries.
India and Indians have got an identity in the world. He said the country has progressed under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi and the way the Prime Minister works, it is hoped that the progress and security of the country will improve in the coming days.
The Governor said it is the duty of every citizen to always be ready for ensuring safety and security to the country.
