Under the able leadership of Deputy Commissioner Madam Sakshi Sawhney, the District Administration has taken a unique initiative and launched Mindspark Labs in 4 middle schools of the district, the main objective of which is to arouse the interest of children and further strengthen their mental state. Giving more information in this regard, Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sawhney said that it is the dream of Chief Minister Punjab S. Bhagwant Singh Mann to provide quality education to students across the state, under which Schools of Eminence have also been opened.
He said that under this same trend, today this unique project of the district administration has been started at Government Middle School Kot Mahna Singh, Gurunanak Pura, Gumtala, and Government Middle School Bharadiwal. He said that five tabs have been provided in each school and in these tabs, the login ID of each child will be created.
He said that in this way, the children will first give their test by starting their login, which will be in three subjects Mathematics, Science and Punjabi. He said that through this test, the tab will assess the level of education of the child and education will be provided accordingly.
He said that this tab will make the children study in an interesting way and which will keep the child's interest. The Deputy Commissioner said that with this initiative, it will be an important step to bridge the gap in the quality of education between the children of government schools and private schools and all the students will get equal opportunities to study.
He said that gradually this projector will be started in all the schools of the district. He said that the Punjab government has signed a memorandum of understanding with Mindspark, with the help of which the flagship Mindspark software will be deployed in schools.
He said that with this Mindspark, teachers will also be very convenient and they will be able to know at what level the student is to be taught and their teaching capacity will be further enhanced. Today, MLA Dr. Jasbir Singh Sandhu inaugurated these labs at Government Middle School, Gurunanakpura and Gumtala and said that this will provide more interesting information to the children.
He said that Chief Minister Punjab S. Bhagwant Singh Mann is committed to providing quality education to the children across the state and under this series, Schools of Eminence are being opened. MLA of Central Constituency Dr. Ajay Gupta inaugurated these labs at Government Middle School Bharadhiwal and said that children of government schools will also be able to get quality education like children of private schools.
He said that the main objective of our government from the beginning has been that the residents of the state should get basic facilities like health and education. Under this, Aam Aadmi Clinic and School of Eminence have been opened. He said that under the employment mission run by the Chief Minister of Punjab, government recruitments are being made in every department without any discrimination.
While inaugurating the lab at Government Middle School Kot Mahna Singh, MLA Dr. Inderbir Singh Nijjar expressed happiness and said that with this modern method, children will get good educational results along with education. And the unique learning needs of each student will be met. He said that with this, students will be able to achieve the right level of challenge.
Dr. Nijjar said that the day is not far when students will get education and jobs in their own state instead of going abroad. He said that to teach children in a better way, the Mann government is getting teachers trained from abroad.
