Indian National Congress (INC) General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi said that BJP’s apathy towards people centric policies & Statehood not acceptable. Addressing a rally in Bishnah of Jammu, Priyanka Gandhi came down heavily on the BJP Government and unequivocally stated that all types of rights of common men have been snatched by saffron outfit.
Rights which are ranging from small happiness to entitlement everything has been seized by BJP.While taking swipe at the BJP Government, Priyanka said “Loot Ka Raj Staphit Kiya Hai” & “Remote Control Ka Raj”, BJP is utterly deficient in addressing the ground issues.
Priyanka Gandhi blasted incumbent Government of rampant unemployment and jeopardizing the career of youth in J&K. She highlighted the educational scams which have made the life of youth miserable. “Papers get leak, and youth suffer; scam after scam” said Priyanka Gandhi.
Asserting that the Lotus party has soft corner for corporates like Ambani and Adani, Priyanka Gandhi said the small-scale business owners like Mata Vaishno Store and others suffer at the hands of BJP. With the earnest dedication to adding amount to the saving banks of heavy corporates, BJP has betrayed the downtrodden and underprivileged.
Priyanka Gandhi Vadra took swipe at the saffron outfit for Agniveer schemes claiming that they did not even speared the soldiers as the scheme denies pension to jawans posthumously. They should be blamed for bringing in the Agniveer scheme, Priyanka targets BJP.
Accusing BJP of turning the blind eye over the Chitta (drug) emanating across J&K, Indian National Congress General Secretary claimed it is rising unemployment which compels youth to fall into this and is deteriorating the future generations.
Statehood is foremost right of J&K and we will take it with blood and sweat, stated Priyanka Gandhi in Bishnah. She also reiterated her earnest commitment for its restoration on a war-footing basis.Accusing BJP of not acknowledging the toll tax issue, smart meters reflecting exorbitant bills issue, property tax issue, darbar move problem, Priyanka Gandhi said, “Is this Naya Jammu & Kashmir!”
Priyanka Gandhi began her speech by saying “Mata Rani Ki Jai” and said she is elated to be in Jammu and Kashmir. She also took people to past by saying her grandmother former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi before her death asked her and Rahul Gandhi to visit Kashmir. Hence she feels emotional and eternally connected to this land of Jammu and Kashmir.
