Ester Noronha is an actress born in Bahrain is also Producer and Entrepreneur in the South Indian Industry. She has worked in Telugu and Kannada Industry. She will be working shortly in AP-Srilankan movie too. She will appoint some more Woman in the Industry in this process.
Ester Noronha is also an International actress too who has debuted in a Non Commercial Bollywood film" Boromas". The film went on to be played and nominated in Various film Festivals around the World.This decision has been taken after studying 235 page report of Justice Hema which was been constituted in the year 2017 in Kerala Government.
Justice Hema Commitee was Constituted by the Government of Kerala in response to the 2017 actress assault case Chaired by Retired Kerala High Court Judge Justice K. Hema, Veteran Actress T. Sarada and Retired IAS K. Valasa Kumari.The Commitee was been formed after Kerala based WCC ( Women in Cinema Collective's) petition to study issues of Sexual Harrasment and gender Inequality.
The report was been given to the Kerala Government in the year 2019 but was been presented or published on Aug 19'th 2024 after the Interference of High Court of Kerala. It is been noted after reading the report that there is a Violation of Human Rights too in 235 page report . In the report , It is also noted that there are 17 types of Sexual Harrasment on Woman working in 30 Departments.
On other hand IHRO will work with NCSAI ( National Cyber Security of India) & International Woman Empowerment forum by TEMA headed by Prof. NK Goyal ji . This collaboration is necessary to empower students from University and Schools too.
