Desh Bhagat University (NAAC GRADE A+) has expanded its reach by establishing a second campus Desh Bhagat University Americas School of Medicine in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, located in the North American continent. This new campus offers students the opportunity to pursue a medical degree (MBBS program), furthering the university’s commitment to providing quality education in the field of medicine.  

During an interaction with media persons here today, Dr. Zora Singh, Chancellor of the Desh Bhagat University, said that Students can choose to join Desh Bhagat University (DBU) America School of Medicine for several reasons: The program may offer pathways for students to pursue clinical rotations in the United States, providing valuable international exposure and experience in the U.S. healthcare system.  

Desh Bhagat University Americas School of medicine is accredited and recognized by relevant authorities, it ensures that the education provided meets certain quality standards, which is essential for future licensure and practice. He said that a comprehensive curriculum and experienced faculty attract students seeking quality medical education. 

DBUA offers a curriculum aligned with international standards, preparing students for exams like the USMLE. Compared to medical schools in some other countries, DBUA offers more affordable tuition rates, making medical education accessible to a broader range.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Harsh Sadawarti,Vice President DBU said that  State-of-the-art infrastructure, modern laboratories, and well-equipped classrooms are the significant draw for students looking for a conducive learning environment. Desh Bhagat University Americas offers dedicated support and resources for preparing for the USMLE exams; it can be a significant advantage for students aiming to practice medicine in the United States.
