A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Mr Vishesh Sarangal, Deputy Commissioner Moga to review the progress of identifying beneficiaries under the National Food Security Act 2013 for migrant and unorganized sector workers on the e-Shram portal. The meeting discussed the progress of uploading data on the portal by the Food and Civil Supplies Department and other departments.
The Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned officials to expedite the process of identifying beneficiaries and uploading data on the departmental portal to ensure timely distribution of food grains and supplies to the eligible beneficiaries. He said that the e-Shram portal was to create a centralised database of Unorganized Workers which will help to implement the social security services to them and share their information with various stakeholders for delivering the welfare schemes.
The Deputy Commissioner issued strict guidelines to all the concerned departments and officials and said that this work should be completed on a priority basis and instructed to send the daily progress report to his office. Mr Sarangpreet Singh Aujla SDM Moga and other officials attended the meeting.

ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਮੋਗਾ ਦੇ ਈ-ਸ਼ਰਮ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਉਪਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਫੂਡ ਸਕਿਊਰਿਟੀ ਐਕਟ 2013 ਤਹਿਤ ਇਨਰੋਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਸ ਕੰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ/ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਲਾਪਰਵਾਰੀ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਹ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਅੱਜ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਮੋਗਾ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸਾਰੰਗਲ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਰੱਖੀ ਗਈ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ।
ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪ ਮੰਡਲ ਮੈਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਟ ਮੋਗਾ ਸ੍ਰ ਸਾਰੰਗਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਖੁਰਾਕ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਅਫਸਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਦਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ, ਸਹਾਇਕ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਅਫਸਰ ਮੋਗਾ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਜਸਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਿਹਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਲਾ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਜਸਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ ਧਰਮਕੋਟ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਮਾਲ ਵਿਭਾਗ, ਕਿਰਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ, ਸਮੂਹ ਨਿਰੀਖਕ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਪਲਾਈਜ਼ ਮੋਗਾ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ। ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਮੋਗਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਈ-ਸ਼ਰਮ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਤੇ ਦਰਜ ਪਰਵਾਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੰਗਿਠਤ ਕਾਮਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਫੂਡ ਸਕਿਉਰਿਟੀ ਐਕਟ 2013 ਤਹਿਤ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਵਜੋਂ ਪਹਿਚਾਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਪਲਾਈਜ਼ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਿਭਾਗੀ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਤੇ ਅਪਲੋਡ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਦਾ ਰੀਵਿਊ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸਮੂਹ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆੰ ਨੂੰ ਸਖਤ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਕੰਮ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਤੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਦਫਤਰ ਮੋਗਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਭੇਜੀ ਜਾਵੇ।
