Haryana Chief Secretary, T.V.S.N. Prasad said that the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign will be organised across the state from August 11 to 15. Each day of the campaign will be anchored by a department, which will organise the ‘Tiranga Yatra’. Ministers and other public representatives from the State Government will also participate in this initiative.
While presiding over a meeting with all Deputy Commissioners and Superintendents of Police via video conferencing today, Sh. T.V.S.N. Prasad said that on August 11, the Women and Child Development and the Development and Panchayats Departments will led the program; on August 12, it will be led by the Department of School Education and Technical Education Departments; on August 13, the Sports and Youth Affairs Department will take charge; and on August 14, the Police Department will be the anchor.
Apart from this, Volunteers from NCC, NSS and other religious institutions will also participate.On August 15, programmes will be organised at ‘Amrit Sarovars’, where the national flag will be hoisted and saplings will be planted, and Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi's address to the nation will be broadcasted, the Chief Secretary added.
He also stated that the 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' campaign will be launched in mission mode. As part of this initiative, 51 lakh sapling will be planted on August 16. The Chief Secretary, Sh. Prasad praised the efforts of the Deputy Commissioners and various departments resolving public grievances during the ‘Samadhan Shivir’, which have been well-received by the public.
Of the 71,363 grievances received, 55,046 have already been resolved. Similarly, 90 percent of the 38,217 issues related to Parivar Pehchan Patra have been addressed, amounting to 34,576 resolutions. He said that around 2,000 to 3,000 people meet with the Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini daily to present their grievances.
Sh. Prasad directed the Deputy Commissioners to promptly resolve district-related complaints as well.
Additional Chief Secretary, Environment, Forests & Wildlife Department, Sh. Anand Mohan Sharan, Haryana DGP, Sh. Shatrujeet Kapur, ADGP/CID, Haryana, Sh. Alok Mittal, Principal Secretary, Youth Empowerment & Entrepreneurship Department, Sh. Vijayendra Kumar and other officers remained present during the meeting.

आमजन में हो रही समाधान शिविरों की सराहना

हरियाणा के मुख्य सचिव श्री टी.वी.एस.एन. प्रसाद ने कहा कि प्रदेश में 11 से 15 अगस्त तक प्रदेशभर में ‘हर घर तिरंगा’ अभियान चलाया जाएगा। इस दौरान हर दिन एक एंकर डिपार्टमेंट होगा, जिसकी देखरेख में तिरंगा यात्रा निकाली जाएगी। इस अभियान में राज्य सरकार के मंत्री तथा अन्य जनप्रतिनिधि भी शिरकत करेंगे। मुख्य सचिव आज यहां वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से सभी उपायुक्तों और पुलिस अधीक्षकों के साथ बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रहे थे।
श्री टी.वी.एस.एन. प्रसाद ने कहा कि 11 अगस्त को महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग तथा विकास एवं पंचायत विभाग, 12 अगस्त को स्कूल शिक्षा तथा तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग, 13 अगस्त को खेल एवं युवा मामले विभाग, 14 अगस्त को पुलिस विभाग बतौर एंकर डिपार्टमेंट कार्यक्रम की देखरेख करेंगे। 15 अगस्त को अमृत सरोवरों पर समारोह आयोजित किए जाएंगे, जहां तिरंगा फहराया जाएगा और पेड़ भी लगाए जायेंगे। वहीं पर प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का राष्ट्र के नाम संदेश भी सुना जाएगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि मिशन मोड में ‘एक पेड़ मां के नाम’ अभियान चलाया जायेगा। इस अभियान के अंतर्गत 16 अगस्त को 51 लाख पेड़ लगाए जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि इस अभियान को सफल बनाने के लिए एन.सी.सी. और एन.एस.एस. समेत पंच-सरपंचों और अन्य जन-प्रतिनिधियों को भी शामिल किया जाए ताकि इसमें अधिक से अधिक लोगों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
श्री टी.वी.एस.एन. प्रसाद ने कहा कि प्रदेश में लगाए जा रहे समाधान शिविरों में जन शिकायतों के निपटान के लिए उपायुक्तों और विभिन्न विभागों ने अच्छा काम किया है, जिसकी जनसाधारण में भी बड़े पैमाने पर चर्चा हो रही है। इन शिविरों में प्राप्त 71,363 शिकायतों में से अब तक 55,046 शिकायतों का समाधान हो चुका है। इसी तरह, परिवार पहचान पत्र से जुड़ी 38,217 शिकायतों में से 90 प्रतिशत यानी 34,576 शिकायतों का समाधान किया जा चुका है।
उन्होंने कहा कि हर रोज लगभग 2 से 3 हजार लोग अपनी शिकायतें लेकर मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह सैनी से मिलते हैं। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि उपायुक्त जिलों से सम्बन्धित शिकायतों का जल्द से जल्द समाधान करें। बैठक में पर्यावरण, वन एवं वन्य जीव विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव श्री आनंद मोहन शरण, डीजीपी श्री शत्रुजीत कपूर, एडीजीपी सीआईडी श्री आलोक मित्तल, युवा अधिकारिता एवं उद्यमिता विभाग के प्रधान सचिव श्री विजेंद्र कुमार सहित अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
