Haryana Minister of State for Women and Child Development, Sh. Aseem Goel Naneola stated that all legitimate demands of Anganwadi helpers and workers will be fulfilled as soon as possible. He assured that there will be no shortage of funds from the government to strengthen the basic infrastructure of Anganwadis.
Sh. Naneola shared this information after a meeting with departmental officers today. Commissioner and secretary Women and Child Development Department, Smt. Amneet P. Kumar, Director, Smt. Monica Malik, and other senior officers were also present during the meeting.
The Minister of Women and Child Development directed the officers to promptly resolve the issues related to the promotion of Anganwadi helpers and workers. He also said that the outstanding payments of Anganwadis running in rented buildings should be paid soon.Apart from this, he stated that the purchase process for gas cylinders used for cooking and other spices should be simplified to ensure that Anganwadi workers do not face any difficulties.
Aseem Goel also reviewed the schemes related to Anganwadis from the central government and gave directions to the officers to follow up with letters for those schemes whose financial budgets have not yet been received from the central government, ensuring the smooth operation of Anganwadis.
He directed that complaints regarding travel allowances (TA) and daily allowances (DA) for helpers, workers, and supervisors attending departmental meetings be resolved quickly. He said that officers must ensure that all legitimate demands of the Anganwadi employees should be considered sympathetically, as they play a crucial role in Women and Child development.

हरियाणा के महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्री श्री असीम गोयल नन्यौला ने कहा कि आंगनवाड़ी हेल्पर और वर्कर्स की सभी जायज मांगों को जल्द से जल्द पूरा किया जाएगा। आंगनबाड़ियों के बुनियादी ढांचे को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए सरकार की ओर से धन की कमी नहीं रहने दी जाएगी। श्री नन्यौला ने यह जानकारी आज विभागीय अधिकारियों की बैठक के बाद दी। इस अवसर पर महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग की आयुक्त श्रीमती पी अमनीत कुमार, निदेशक श्रीमती मोनिका मलिक समेत अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि आंगनवाड़ी हेल्पर और वर्कर्स के प्रमोशन से संबंधित मुद्दे को जल्द से जल्द निपटाएं। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि किराए के भवनों में चल रही आंगनवाड़ियों के बकाया पेमेंट्स का शीघ्रता से भुगतान करें। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि खाना पकाने के लिए प्रयोग किए जा रहे गैस सिलेंडर और अन्य खाद्य पदार्थों में प्रयुक्त होने वाले मसालों आदि की खरीददारी का सरलीकरण करें ताकि आंगनवाड़ी वर्कर्स को किसी प्रकार की समस्या का सामना न करना पड़े।
श्री असीम गोयल नन्यौला ने आंगनबाड़ी से संबंधित केंद्र सरकार की योजनाओं की भी समीक्षा की। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि जिन योजनाओं का वित्तीय बजट अभी तक केंद्र सरकार से नही आया है , उसके लिए चिट्ठी लिखकर फॉलो अप करें ताकि आंगनवाड़ी के सुचारू संचालन में किसी प्रकार की परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े।
उन्होंने विभागीय कार्यों के लिए होने वाली मीटिंग में आने-जाने हेतु हेल्पर,वर्कर्स तथा सुपरवाइजर्स के टीए, डीए से संबंधित शिकायतों का जल्द निवारण करने के निर्देश दिए।उन्होंने अधिकारियों को कर्मचारियों की मांगों बारे सकारात्मक कदम उठाने के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि इन कर्मचारियों का बच्चों और महिलाओं के पोषण और सशक्त बनाने में अहम योगदान है, इसलिए इनकी सभी जायज मांगों पर सहानुभूतिपूर्वक विचार किया जाए।
