Haryana Minister of State for Transport, Women and Child Development, Sh. Aseem Goel Naneola while taking a strict cognizance of the improper handling of complainants has directed suspension of the Executive Engineer of the Power Department.
Besides this, he also directed to issue show cause notice to another Executive Engineer of the Power Department and the DETC (District Excise and Taxation Officer) of the Excise Department for being absent without permission.The Minister gave these directions while presiding over the District Redressal Committee meeting in Kurukshetra today.
Minister of State for Urban Local Bodies, Sh. Subhash Sudha was also present.In the meeting, Sh. Aseem Goyal Naneola addressed and resolved 9 out of 14 complaints on the spot, and directed the officers to take action on the remaining 5 complaints and submit a report before the next meeting.
Besides these, the Transport Minister heard 28 additional complaints, most of which were resolved immediately.He directed the officers concerned to ensure they come fully prepared for agenda complaints. If any officer fails to provide a response in the next meeting, strict action will be taken.

हरियाणा के परिवहन, महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्री श्री असीम गोयल नन्यौला ने हाउस में शिकायतकर्ताओं के साथ ठीक व्यवहार ना करने के मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए बिजली विभाग के कार्यकारी अभियंता को सस्पेंड करने के आदेश दिए हैं। इसके साथ ही जिला लोक संपर्क एवं कष्ट निवारण समिति की बैठक में बिना अनुमति गैर हाजिर रहने पर बिजली विभाग के ही एक दूसरे कार्यकारी अभियंता तथा आबकारी विभाग के डीईटीसी को शो कॉज नोटिस जारी करने के भी आदेश दिए।
श्री नन्यौला आज कुरुक्षेत्र में जिला लोक संपर्क एवं कष्ट निवारण समिति की मासिक बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रहे थे। इस अवसर पर राज्य मंत्री श्री सुभाष सुधा भी उपस्थित थे।इस बैठक में परिवहन मंत्री श्री असीम गोयल नन्यौला कुल ने 14 में से 9 शिकायतों का मौके पर समाधान किया और लंबित 5 शिकायतों पर अधिकारियों को कार्रवाई करने के उपरांत आगामी बैठक से पहले रिपोर्ट भेजने के आदेश दिए।
इस एजेंडे के अलावा परिवहन मंत्री ने 28 शिकायतों पर सुनवाई की और इनमें से भी अधिकतर शिकायतों का मौके पर ही समाधान किया गया।परिवहन मंत्री ने अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट आदेश दिए कि सभी अधिकारी एजेंडे की शिकायतों पर पूरी तैयारी करके पहुंचना सुनिश्चित करें, अगर आगामी बैठक में किसी अधिकारी ने जवाब नहीं दिया तो सख्त कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि 5 अगस्त को होने वाली कैबिनेट की बैठक में जनकल्याण को लेकर काफी फैसले लिए जाएंगे।
