Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that guided by the principles set forth by saints and great personalities, the present state government is dedicated to work for the betterment of the poor and underprivileged. The government has implemented the Sant Mahapurush Vichar Samaan Parsar Yojana to celebrate the anniversaries of Saints and Great Personalities officially at state level.
The state government is continuously working for the upliftment of every section of society, he said.The Chief Minister was addressing the people at the Dharmik Sammelan held on the 21st foundation day of Shri Guru Ravidas Dhram Asthan Sirsgarh and the 15th Shaheed Diwas of Brahmleen Shri Shri 108 Ramanand Ji Maharaj held at Ambala.
Minister of State for Transport, Sh. Aseem Goel Naneola was also present on this occasion. The Chief Minister said that the message of unity, humanity, and brotherhood given by Sant Shromani Shri Guru Ravidas Ji Maharaj is still relevant today. He said that everyone should always work by following the path shown by saints and great personalities.
He further said that as a part of the Sant Mahapurush Vichar Samaan Parsar Yojana, the anniversaries of Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Ji, Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, Sant Kabirdas, Bhagwan Valmiki, and others have been celebrated at the state level. He said that a memorial for Guru Ravidas Ji is being built in Kurukshetra.
Under PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijlee Yojana aims to give free electricity
The Chief Minister said that on February 22, Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi has resolved to implement the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijlee Yojana for families with an annual income of less than Rs. 1.80 lakh.
Approximately 2.50 lakh applications have been received in Haryana under this scheme. He said that a subsidy of Rs. 1.10 lakh will be provided by the central and state governments. He said that the government has also provided 1000 kilometers of free bus travel to eligible beneficiaries of the Happy Card Scheme.

On this occasion, Sant Niranjan Dass felicitated the Chief Minister and other distinguished guests with a shawl and a memento of Sant Guru Ravidas Ji and blessed them.
On this occasion, Minister of State for Transport, Sh. Aseem Goel Naneola said that Shri Guru Ravidas Dhram Asthan Sirsgarh and Dera Sachkhand Ballan are spreading the light of knowledge across the world and promoting the teachings of Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Ji.
He said that the government is working in line with the spirit of Antyodaya. Urban Local Bodies Minister, Sh. Subhash Sudha, State Vice-President, Smt. Banto Kataria, Deputy Commissioner, Sh. Parth Gupta, and a large number of devotees remained present on this occasion.

हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार संतो, महापुरूषों के दिखाए मार्ग पर चलते हुए निरंतर आगे बढ़ रही है और गरीबों के कल्याण के लिये कार्य कर रही है। सरकार ने हरियाणा में संत-महापुरूष सम्मान एवं विचार प्रचार-प्रसार योजना शुरू की हुई है, जिसके अंतर्गत संतो, महापुरूषों की जयंतियां व शताब्दियां सरकारी तर्ज पर मनाने की पहल की है। प्रदेश सरकार हर वर्ग के उत्थान के लिये निरंतर कार्य कर रही है।
मुख्यमंत्री आज जिला अंबाला में श्री गुरु रविदास धर्म अस्थान सिरसगढ़ के 21वें स्थापना दिवस व अमर शहीद ब्रह्मलीन श्री श्री 108 रामानन्द जी महाराज के 15वें शहीदी दिवस पर आयोजित धार्मिक सम्मेलन में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि श्रद्धालुओं को सम्बोधित कर रहे थे। इस अवसर पर परिवहन राज्य मंत्री श्री असीम गोयल नन्यौला भी उपस्थित रहे। मुख्यमंत्री ने धर्म अस्थान सिरसगढ़ को 21 लाख रुपये की राशि तथा परिवहन राज्य मंत्री ने 11 लाख रुपये की राशि देने की घोषणा की।
संत-महापुरुष सम्मान एवं विचार प्रचार-प्रसार योजना के तहत सरकारी स्तर पर मनाई जा रही है महापुरुषों की जयंतियां
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि संत शिरोमणि श्री गुरु रविदास जी महाराज ने एकता, मानवता और भाईचारे का जो संदेश दिया था, वह आज भी प्रासंगिक है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमें संतो, महापुरुषों के बताए मार्ग पर चलते हुए सदैव काम करना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने हरियाणा में संत-महापुरुष सम्मान एवं विचार प्रचार-प्रसार योजना शुरू की हुई है, जिसके अंतर्गत संतो, महापुरुषों की जयंतियां व शताब्दियां सरकारी तर्ज पर मनाने की पहल की है।
इसी कड़ी में संत शिरोमणि गुरू रविदास जी की जयंती, बाबा साहेब डा0 भीमराव अम्बेडकर जयंती, संत कबीरदास जयंती, भगवान वाल्मिकी जयंती आदि जयंतियां एवं शताब्दियां राज्य स्तर पर मनाई गई हैं। उन्होंने संत शिरोमणि गुरू रविदास जी का स्मारक कुरूक्षेत्र में बनाया जा रहा है।
प्रधानमंत्री सूर्य घर मुफ्त बिजली योजना
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 22 फरवरी को संकल्प लिया था कि जिस परिवार की वार्षिक आय 1.80 लाख रुपये से कम है, ऐसे परिवारों के लिए प्रधानमंत्री सूर्य घर मुफ्त बिजली योजना शुरू की है। हरियाणा में इस योजना के तहत लगभग 2.50 लाख आवेदन आये हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इस योजना में केन्द्र व राज्य सरकार द्वारा 1.10 लाख रुपये की सब्सिडी दी जाएगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि हैप्पी कार्ड योजना के माध्यम से सरकार ने पात्र व्यक्ति को एक साल में 1000 किलोमीटर निःशुल्क बस यात्रा की सुविधा दी है। इतना ही नहीं, मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत प्रदेश में लगभग 7652 लोगों को 100-100 गज के प्लाट के आवंटन पत्र के साथ-साथ कब्जा दिलवाने का काम किया गया है और जो पात्र लाभार्थी बचे हैं, वह भी पोर्टल पर आवेदन कर सकते हैं, उन्हें भी इस योजना का लाभ दिलवाने का काम किया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री शहरी आवास योजना के तहत 14 शहरों में लगभग 15210 पात्र व्यक्तियों को 30-30 वर्ग गज के प्लाट दिये गये हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि अमर शहीद ब्रह्मलीन श्री श्री 108 रामानंद जी महाराज ने संत शिरोमणि गुरु रविदास जी महाराज की शिक्षाओं को अंतिम सांस तक जन-जन तक पहुंचाने का काम किया। इस अवसर पर महाराज निरंजन दास ने मुख्यमंत्री व अन्य विशिष्ठ अतिथियों को शॉल तथा संत गुरू रविदास जी का स्मृति चिन्ह देकर उनका स्वागत किया व उन्हें आर्शीवाद दिया।
इस अवसर पर परिवहन राज्यमंत्री श्री असीम गोयल ने कहा कि श्री गुरू रविदास धर्म अस्थान सिरसगढ़ तथा डेरा सचखंड बल्ला ज्ञान की रोशनी को पूरी दुनिया में फैला रहा है तथा संत शिरोमणि गुरू रविदास जी की शिक्षाओं का प्रचार-प्रसार कर रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि अंतोदय की भावना के अनुरूप सरकार काम कर रही है। इस मौके पर शहरी स्थानीय निकाय राज्यमंत्री श्री सुभाष सुधा, प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष श्रीमती बंतो कटारिया, उपायुक्त श्री पार्थ गुप्ता सहित बड़ी संख्या में श्रद्धालू मौजूद रहे।
