Haryana's Education Minister, Seema Trikha, while addressing a district-level School Management Committee training and conference at the auditorium of Arya College in Panipat today, stated that under the able guidance of Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, there have been unprecedented changes and reforms in the field of education across the state.
The government's goal is to make the state zero dropout in the field of education, and excellent work is being done in this regard. Presently, 25 lakh children are receiving education in 14,500 government schools, which is a result of parents' trust in the government.
On this occasion, the Education Minister also reviewed an exhibition organized by the Education Department and honored the children and district-level School Management Committee members.The Education Minister flagged off the 'Shiksha Rath' and mentioned that the government schools, where parents were hesitant to enroll their children earlier, are now producing students who secure admission in IITs and other prestigious institutions.
This is a result of increased trust of parents in government schools. She stated that all the basic facilities provided in private schools are now available in government schools.She highlighted that Haryana was the first state to provide tablets to teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, children in the state are securing their future with modern education.
The state's easy policies have also ensured affordable healthcare for the people. She mentioned that she would cover 22 districts in 11 days to raise awareness among parents about education through these programs. She also sought suggestions from many parents on how to further improve the education sector.
During the event, Haryana Minister of State for Development and Panchayats, and Cooperation Sh. Mahipal Dhanda stated that under the current government, there has been an increased inclination of parents towards government schools. He mentioned that it is a matter of pride that 80 out of 100 successful individuals have studied in government schools.
The environment of schools has now transformed completely. He pointed out that earlier, the education budget was Rs. 8,398 crores, whereas now it exceeds Rs. 17,000 crores. The minister stated that the current government has upgraded 10 schools in the district, benefiting children from poor and middle-class families. Furthermore, 27 schools in the district are being made high-tech.
The Education Minister addressed the district-level School Management Committee training and conference at Deen Bandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology located in Murthal, Sonipat as well. The Education Minister said that all the basic facilities provided in private schools are also being made available to children in government schools.

हरियाणा की शिक्षा मंत्री सीमा त्रिखा ने पानीपत के आर्य महाविद्यालय के सभागार में जिला स्तरीय विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति प्रशिक्षण एवं सम्मेलन में आज बतौर मुख्यअतिथि कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह सैनी के कुशल मार्ग दर्शन में प्रदेश भर में शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में अभूतपूर्व बदलाव व सुधार हुआ है। सरकार का लक्ष्य शिक्षा क्षेत्र में प्रदेश को जीरो ड्रापआउट बनाने का है व इस पर बेहतरीन तरीके से कार्य हो रहा है।
वर्तमान में साढे 14 हजार सरकारी स्कूलों में 25 लाख बच्चे शिक्षा ग्रहण कर रहे हैं। यह सरकार के प्रति अभिभावकों के भरोसे का परिणाम है। शिक्षा मंत्री ने इस अवसर पर शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा लगाई प्रदर्शनी का भी अवलोकन किया व बच्चों व जिला स्तरीय स्कूल प्रबंधन समिति सदस्यों को भी सम्मानित किया। शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि शिक्षा रथ को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया।
उन्होंने कहा कि जिन सरकारी स्कूलों में अभिभावक अपने बच्चों को दाखिला दिलवाने में संकोच करते थे, आज उन स्कूलों के बच्चे आईआईटी में प्रवेश पा रहे हैं। यह अभिभावकों के सरकारी स्कूलों के प्रति बढ़े विश्वास का परिणाम है।शिक्षा मंत्री ने सोनीपत के मुरथल स्थित दीन बंधु छोटूराम विज्ञान प्रौद्योगिकी विश्व विद्यालय में भी जिला स्तरीय विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति प्रशिक्षण एवं सम्मेलन में संबोधित किया।
शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि वे सभी मूलभूत सुविधाएं सरकारी स्कूलों में बच्चों को उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है जो निजी स्कूलों में मिलती हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड के दौरान प्रदेश में अध्यापकों को टैब मुहैया कराने वाला हरियाणा पहला राज्य है। आज प्रदेश में बच्चे आधुनिक श्क्षिा के साथ जुडकऱ अपना भविष्य सुरक्षित कर रहे हैं। प्रदेश में राज्य सरकार की सुलभ नितियों के कारण लोगों को सस्ता इलाज मुहैया कराया जा रहा है।
उन्होंने कहा कि वे 11 दिन में 22 जिलों को कवर करेंगी व अभिभावकों को शिक्षा के प्रति इन कार्यक्रमों में जागरूक करेंगी। उन्होंने कई अभिावकों से शिक्षा के क्षेत्र को और कैसे अच्छा बना सकते हैं, के सुझाव मांगे। शिक्षा मंत्री ने स्कूलों में किचन , शेड व रसोई बनाने का भी आश्वासन दिया। इस दौरकान पंचायत, विकास एवं सहकारिता मंत्री महिपाल ढांडा ने कहा कि वर्तमान सरकार में अभिभावकों का रूझान सरकारी स्कूलों की तरफ बढ़ा है।
उन्होंने कहा कि सौ में से 80 सफल व्यक्ति सरकारी स्कूलों में पढें है यह गर्व की बात है। अब स्कूलों के वातावरण में बदलाव आया है। उन्होंने कहा कि पहले शिक्षा का बजट 8 हजार 398 करोड़ होता था जबकि अब 17 हजार करोड़ से ज्यादा है। मंत्री ने कहा कि वर्तमान सरकार ने जिला में 10 स्कूलों को अपग्रेड किया है। इसका लाभ गरीब व मध्यम वर्ग के बच्चों को मिल रहा है। जिले में 27 स्कूलों को हाई टेक किया जा रहा है। पहले सरकारी स्कूलों के 40 प्रतिशत अध्यापक ट्रांसफर के लिए जारे लगाते थे जिससे बच्चों की पढाई प्रभावित होती थी।
