Haryana Minister of State for School Education, Seema Trikha stated that the government is committed to impart quality education to all students for their holistic development.Smt. Seema Trikha said this while addressing as chief guest at the School Management Committee Training and Conference held in Narnaul today.
She said that due to the outstanding State’s education policy, the trust and confidence of the citizens in government schools have increased. School Management Committees (SMCs) are dedicated to the development and improvement of schools in the state.
These committees keep a critical eye on the schools, which helps to monitor the education and facilities being provided in the schools. Schools where the SMCs are active, students' performance is better, she added.The Education Minister said under the School Management Committee training and conference program, direct communication with SMC members is being established in all districts to seek suggestions for improving the quality of education.
She also interacted with the SMC members and also invited suggestions during the programme.The Education Minister also reviewed an exhibition organised by the school students and appreciated the projects prepared by the students. She also interacted with the children and honoured students and SMC members who performed exceptionally well.
The Education Minister had an extended discussion about the self-charging electric cycle made by students of Aarohi Model Senior Secondary School (Mandhana). Akash who is studying in class 12th and his coordinator Abhishek prepared this model in the lab under the supervision of their maths teacher.
This electric bicycle remained the centre of attraction for visitors. A short film on School Management Committee training was also shown, providing complete information about the functioning of the School Management Committee. Many dignitaries remained present during the programme.

प्रदेश के सरकारी स्कूलों में पच्चीस लाख से अधिक विद्यार्थियों का हो रहा सर्वांगीण विकास: शिक्षा मंत्री

हरियाणा की शिक्षा मंत्री सीमा त्रिखा ने कहा कि प्रदेश भर के सरकारी स्कूलों में पच्चीस लाख से ज़्यादा विद्यार्थी संस्कारमय शिक्षा प्राप्त कर रहे हैं। सरकार का निरंतर प्रयास है कि सभी विद्यार्थियों को उत्तम शिक्षा देकर उनका सर्वांगीण विकास किया जाए और उनके भविष्य को संवारा जाए। शिक्षा मंत्री आज नारनौल में आयोजित स्कूल प्रबंधन समिति प्रशिक्षण एवं सम्मेलन में अध्यापकों, अभिभावकों और विद्यार्थियों को मुख्यातिथि के तौर पर संबोधित रही थीं।
उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी शिक्षा नीति का ही असर है कि प्रदेश के नागरिकों का सरकारी स्कूलों के प्रति विश्वास और भरोसा बढ़ा है। स्कूल मैनेजमेंट समितियां (एसएमसी) प्रदेश के स्कूलों के उत्थान और उद्धार के लिए तत्पर हैं और इसके सकारात्मक परिणाम सामने आ रहे हैं।यह समितियां स्कूलों पर एक समीक्षात्मक दृष्टि रखती हैं जिससे स्कूलों में दी जा रही शिक्षा और सुविधाओं पर निगरानी रहती है। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन स्कूलों में स्कूल प्रबंधन समितियां सक्रिय हैं वहां विद्यार्थियों का प्रदर्शन बेहतर है।
उन्होंने कहा कि विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति प्रशिक्षण एवं सम्मेलन के तहत सभी जिलों में एसएमसी के सदस्यों से सीधा संवाद किया जा रहा है। शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार लाने के लिए कमेटी के सदस्यों से सुझाव भी मांगे जा रहे हैं। इस मौके पर उन्होंने एसएमसी सदस्यों से सीधा संवाद किया और सुझाव भी आमंत्रित किए।इस अवसर पर शिक्षा मंत्री ने स्कूली विद्यार्थियों द्वारा लगाई गई प्रदर्शनी का अवलोकन किया और छात्र - छात्राओं द्वारा तैयार किए गए प्रोजेक्ट्स की सराहना की।
शिक्षा मंत्री ने बच्चों के साथ संवाद भी किया और बेहतरीन प्रदर्शन करने वाले विद्यार्थियों और एसएमसी सदस्यों को सम्मानित किया। इस अवसर पर शास्त्रीय गायन में विशेष पहचान बना चुकी कुमारी तनिष्का सैनी ने अपनी गायन शैली में 'वंदे मातरम' से कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की। इस मौके पर स्कूली बच्चों ने सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत किए।
कार्यक्रम में आरोही मॉडल सीनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूल (मंडाना) के विद्यार्थियों द्वारा बनाई गई सेल्फ चार्जिंग इलेक्ट्रिक साइकिल के बारे में शिक्षा मंत्री ने कई देर तक बातचीत की। 12वीं की साइंस कक्षा के आकाश तथा उनके कोऑर्डिनेटर अभिषेक ने अपने गणित अध्यापक की देखरेख में यह मॉडल, लैब में तैयार किया है।
यह इलेक्ट्रिक साइकिल आगंतुकों के लिए आकर्षण का केंद्र बनी रही। स्कूल प्रबंधन समिति प्रशिक्षण को लेकर एक लघु फिल्म भी दिखाई गई जिसके माध्यम से स्कूल प्रबंधन समिति की पूरी कार्यप्रणाली के बारे में जानकारी दी गई। इस मौके पर कई गणमान्य नागरिक मौजूद रहे।
