An impressive 91 percent of the grievances regarding the Parivar Pehchan Patra received in the Samadhan Shivirs organized at the district and subdivision levels have been resolved. This information was shared during a review meeting of the Samadhan Shivirs, chaired by Chief Secretary Mr. TVSN Prasad, held here today.
Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, Superintendents of Police, and Sub Divisional Officers participated virtually in the meeting. Over 30,831 grievances related to the Parivar Pehchan Patra were received, of which 28,138 have been resolved so far.Chief Secretary Mr. Prasad stated that the public response to these Shivirs has been overwhelmingly positive.
People have appreciated the government's initiative to address their grievances promptly in the Samadhan Shivirs, where officers from all departments are present to resolve issues on the spot as much as possible.The coordination among field officers has not only enhanced the government's image but also significantly increased public trust and satisfaction.
The collaborative efforts in the field have demonstrated the administration's commitment to responsive governance, ensuring that citizens' concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively. This initiative has set a benchmark for proactive problem-solving and has reinforced the government’s dedication to serving the public, he added.

जिला एवं उपमंडल स्तर पर आयोजित समाधान शिविरों में परिवार पहचान पत्र से संबंधित प्राप्त शिकायतों में से 91 प्रतिशत का समाधान कर दिया गया है। यह जानकारी आज यहां मुख्य सचिव श्री टीवीएसएन प्रसाद की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित समाधान शिविरों की समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान दी गई।बैठक में मंडलायुक्त, उपायुक्त, पुलिस अधीक्षक और उपमंडल अधिकारियों ने वर्चुअल माध्यम से भाग लिया।
मुख्य सचिव ने बताया कि समाधान प्रकोष्ठ में परिवार पहचान पत्र से संबंधित 30,831 से अधिक शिकायतें प्राप्त हुईं, जिनमें से अब तक 28,138 का समाधान किया जा चुका है। मुख्य सचिव श्री प्रसाद ने कहा कि इन शिविरों में जनता की सकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया रही है। लोगों ने सरकार की इस पहल की सराहना की है कि समाधान शिविरों में उनकी शिकायतों का तुरंत समाधान किया जा रहा है।
इसके अलावा सभी विभागों के अधिकारी पूर्ण तालमेल के साथ यथासंभव मौके पर ही समस्याओं का समाधान करने के लिए मौजूद रहते हैं। इनसे फील्ड अधिकारियों के बीच तालमेल से न केवल सरकार की छवि में सुधार हुआ है, बल्कि जनता का विश्वास और संतुष्टि भी बढ़ी है। फील्ड में इन सहयोगात्मक प्रयासों ने प्रशासन की उत्तरदायी शासन व्यवस्था के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाया है, जिससे यह सुनिश्चित होता है कि नागरिकों की समस्याओं का कुशलतापूर्वक और प्रभावी ढंग से समाधान किया जा रहा है।
उन्होंने कहा कि इस पहल ने सक्रिय समस्या-समाधान के लिए बेहतर स्टैंडर्ड स्थापित किया है और अधिकारियों का जनता की सेवा के प्रति दायित्व और मजबूत हुआ है।मुख्य सचिव ने हैप्पी कार्ड वितरित करने के कार्य में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए। इसके अलावा खेल क्लब एवं संगठनों को खेल उपकरण वितरित करने बारे भी विस्तार से समीक्षा की।
बैठक में प्रधान सचिव श्री नवदीप सिंह, समाधान प्रकोष्ठ इन्चार्ज चन्द्रशेखर विशेष सचिव मोनिटरिंग एवं कोर्डिनेटर प्रियंका सोनी, उपायुक्त पंचकूला डा. यश गर्ग सहित कई वरिष्ठ अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
