Haryana Minister of State for School Education, Seema Trikha stated that due to the government's education policy, public trust in government schools is increasing day by day. Over 25 lakhs students in all government schools of the state are receiving cultural education for their holistic development, ensuring their success in every field in the future.
Smt. Seema Trikha was speaking as the chief guest at the district-level School Management Committee conference-cum-training camp held in Kaithal today. She said that along with teachers, School Management Committees (SMCs) are also playing an important role in providing quality education. MLA, Sh. Leela Ram and BJP District President, Sh. Ashok Gurjar was also present on this occasion.
During this, the minister reviewed an exhibition set up by students from various schools and also honoured the outstanding SMCs, teachers, and students. Education Minister, Smt. Seema Trikha also honoured the outstanding SMCs, teachers, and students.
Smt. Seema Trikha said that schools with aware SMCs definitely perform better. The overall development of a child is achieved not only by parents but also by teachers. In today's context, along with education, instilling values in children is very important.
The Education Minister said that the youth of Haryana are leading in every field, including playing a crucial role in the army. Under the School Management Committee training and conference program, direct communication with SMC members is being established in all districts to seek suggestions for improving the quality of education.
She further said that the old buildings of about 92 schools of the state will be renovated and about 500 teachers will be promoted to the post of Principal. The central and state governments are continuously implementing many schemes for the welfare of every section.
Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi, former Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal and present Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini are working diligently for the welfare of the people. Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi has launched a special campaign, ‘Ek Ped Maa ke Naam’ and we all should participate in it by planting a tree. Not only this, take a step further in this campaign and work towards environmental protection by planting a tree in the name of the child, she added.
Smt. Trikha stated that while the central government has provided healthcare services through the ‘Ayushman Bharat Yojana’, the state government has expanded and increased its scope under the Chirayu Yojana, benefiting lakhs of needy families in the state. She said that by eliminating middlemen, direct benefits are being provided to the beneficiaries.
The Education Minister emphasised all SMCs to ensure that the information about central and state government schemes reaches those in need. She also interacted with the SMC members and also invited suggestions during the programme.

प्रदेश के सभी सरकारी स्कूलों में करीब 25 लाख से ऊपर विद्यार्थियों को संस्कारमय शिक्षा और सर्वांगीण विकास

हरियाणा की शिक्षा मंत्री सीमा त्रिखा ने कहा कि सरकार की शिक्षा नीति के परिणाम स्वरूप आमजन का सरकारी स्कूलों के प्रति विश्वास बढ़ रहा है। प्रदेश के सभी सरकारी स्कूलों में करीब 25 लाख से ऊपर विद्यार्थियों को संस्कारमय शिक्षा देकर सर्वांगीण विकास किया जा रहा है, ताकि उनका भविष्य उज्जवल हो और वे हर क्षेत्र में कामयाब हों।
शिक्षा मंत्री सीमा त्रिखा आज कैथल में प्रबंधन समिति प्रशिक्षण एवं कांफ्रेंस में बतौर मुख्यातिथि बोल रही थी।उन्होंने कहा कि गुणवत्ता पूरक शिक्षा प्रदान करने में अध्यापकों के साथ - साथ हर विद्यालय में बनी स्कूल मैनेजमेंट कमेटियां यानि एसएमसी भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रही है। इस मौके पर विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में विधायक श्री लीला राम व भाजपा जिलाध्यक्ष श्री अशोक गुर्जर ने भी शिरकत की।
इससे पहले शिक्षा मंत्री व अन्य अतिथिगणों ने स्कूल परिसर में विभिन्न स्कूली विद्यार्थियों द्वारा लगाई गई प्रदर्शनी का अवलोकन किया। इसके उपरांत उन्होंने दीप प्रज्ज्वलन कर कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ किया। कार्यक्रम में शिक्षा मंत्री सीमा त्रिखा ने उत्तम कार्य करने वाली एसएमसी व उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले विद्यार्थियों व अध्यापकों को सम्मानित किया।
शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि जिन स्कूलों में एसएमसी जागरूक है, वह स्कूल निश्चित तौर पर बेहतर प्रदर्शन करता है। एक बच्चे का सर्वांगीण विकास में माता-पिता के साथ-साथ गुरूजन का भी योगदान होता है। वर्तमान परिवेश में शिक्षा के साथ-साथ बच्चों को संस्कार देना भी बहुत जरूरी है। बच्चों में संस्कार होंगे तो उनमें राष्ट्र प्रेम की भावना भी प्रबल होगी।
हरियाणा प्रदेश के युवा प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में आगे हैं। इसके साथ-साथ सेना में भी अहम भूमिका निभा रहे हैं। हम जन्म देने वाली मां और अन्न देने वाली धरती मां के कर्ज नहीं उतार सकते। विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति प्रशिक्षण एवं कांफ्रेंस के तहत सभी जिलों में जाकर एसएमसी के सदस्यों से सीधा संवाद किया जा रहा है और शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता और सुधार लाने के लिए उनसे सुझाव मांगे जा रहे हैं।
उन्होंने आगे कहा कि प्रदेश के करीब 92 स्कूलों की पुरानी हो चुकी बिल्डिंगों का जीर्णोद्धार किया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि करीब 500 अध्यापकों को प्रिंसिपल के पद पर पदोन्नत किया जाएगा।केंद्र व प्रदेश सरकार प्रत्येक वर्ग के कल्याणार्थ निरंतर अनेक योजनाएं लागू कर रही है। प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल और वर्तमान मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह सैनी लोगों की भलाई के लिए दिन-रात कार्य कर रहे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री जी ने विशेष मुहिम चलाई है, ‘एक पेड़ मां के नाम’।
हम सभी को इस मुहिम में भागीदारी करते हुए पौधारोपण करना चाहिए। इतना ही नहीं इस मुहिम में एक कदम और आगे बढ़ाते हुए एक पौधा औलाद के नाम करते हुए पर्यावरण संरक्षण की दिशा में कार्य करें। जहां केंद्र सरकार ने आयुष्मान योजना चलाकर लोगों को स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं दी हैं, वहीं प्रदेश सरकार ने इसमें विस्तार करते हुए चिरायू योजना के तहत इसका दायरा बढ़ाया है।
इस व्यवस्था से प्रदेश के लाखों जरूरतमंद परिवारों को सीधा लाभ मिल रहा है। प्रदेश से बिचौलिया राज समाप्त करके लाभार्थियों को सीधा लाभ दिया जा रहा है। शिक्षा मंत्री ने सभी एसएमसी से आह्वान किया कि केंद्र व प्रदेश सरकार की योजनाओं की जानकारी जरूरतमंद व्यक्तियों तक पहुंचाने का कार्य करें। इस मौके पर उन्होंने एसएमसी सदस्यों से सीधा संवाद किया और सुझाव भी आमंत्रित किए।
