Haryana Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini announced that the state government will launch a new initiative to enhance health facilities for serving soldiers, ex-servicemen, and their families. This includes developing health facilities similar to Army Polyclinics in various towns, based on need, through coordination with the army. This initiative aims to ensure that military personnel and their dependents can access healthcare services close to their homes.
The Chief Minister, who was chairing a meeting with officials from the Health Department here today, instructed them to develop health facilities for defence personnel and their family members. He said that at present Army hospitals and polyclinics are functioning in Panchkula, Ambala and Hisar etc., on the same lines, health facilities should be developed at other places as per the demand and need of the soldiers.
Health Minister Dr. Kamal Gupta was also present on this occasion.While instructing the health department officials, the Chief Minister emphasized the need to coordinate with top army officials and take appropriate action to implement this initiative. Haryana government would provide the necessary resources for these health facilities.
He also mentioned that there has been a demand from ex-servicemen to develop health facilities in military-dominated areas such as Rewari, Rohtak, and Mahendragarh. Establishing medical institutions in these regions will greatly benefit soldiers, ex-servicemen, and their families.
SHC, PHC and CHC to be established based on Jansamwad demand
Sh Nayab Singh said that the state government is continuously developing medical infrastructure across Haryana. Sub-health centers, primary health centers, and community health centers are being established to provide citizens with better healthcare services.
Existing hospitals are being upgraded, and a medical college is being established in each district alongwith nursing colleges to address the shortage of doctors and paramedical staff in the state. The establishment of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) will benefit not only Haryana but also citizens from neighboring states, he added.
While emphasizing the need to enhance health facilities, the Chief Minister instructed the officials that Sub-Health Centers, Primary Health Centers, and community health centers should be established based on the demands received through Jansamvad.
Chief Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Rajesh Khullar, Additional Chief Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department, Sudhir Rajpal, Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department, Anurag Rastogi, Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Dr. Amit Agrawal, Special Secretary, Health Department and Chief Executive Officer, Ayushman Bharat Haryana Health Protection Authority, Aditya Dahiya, along with other officers were also present in the meeting.

आर्मी पॉलिक्लिनिक की तर्ज पर प्रदेश में बढ़ाई जाएंगी स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं

हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने कहा कि सेवारत सैनिक, पूर्व सैनिकों व उनके परिवारों की सुविधा हेतु राज्य सरकार ने एक नई पहल शुरू करते हुए स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं विकसित करने का निर्णय लिया है। राज्य सरकार सेना के साथ तालमेल बिठाकर जरूरत के अनुसार शहरों में आर्मी पॉलिक्लिनिक की तर्ज पर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं विकसित करेगी, ताकि उन्हें व उनके परिवारों को घर के नजदीक ही स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं मिल सकें।
मुख्यमंत्री ने आज इस संबंध में स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि वर्तमान में पंचकूला, अंबाला व हिसार आदि में सेना अस्पताल व पॉलिक्लिनिक संचालित हैं, उसी तर्ज पर सैनिकों की मांग और जरूरत के हिसाब से अन्य स्थानों पर भी स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं विकसित की जानी चाहिएं। इस अवसर पर स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ कमल गुप्ता भी उपस्थित थे।
उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि इसके लिए वे सेना के शीर्ष अधिकारियों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर इस संबंध में उचित कार्यवाही करें। हरियाणा सरकार सेना की ऐसी स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं के लिए संसाधन उपलब्ध करवाएगी।उन्होंने कहा कि रेवाड़ी, रोहतक और महेंद्रगढ़ जैसे सैन्य बाहुल्य क्षेत्रों में पूर्व सैनिकों द्वारा स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं विकसित करने की मांग की जाती रही है, इसलिए इन क्षेत्रों में चिकित्सा संस्थान स्थापित होने से सैनिकों, पूर्व सैनिकों व उनके परिवारों को बड़ी राहत मिलेगी।
प्रदेशभर में जनसंवाद में आई हुई मांगों के आधार पर एसएचसी, पीएचसी व सीएचसी किए जाएंगे स्थापित
श्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार निरंतर प्रदेश में चिकित्सा क्षेत्र में ढांचागत विकास कर रही है। नागरिकों को स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं प्रदान करने के लिए सब-हेल्थ सेंटर, प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र और सामान्य स्वास्थ्य केंद्र खोले जा रहे हैं। वर्तमान में संचालित अस्पतालों में सुविधाओं को सुदृढ़ किया जा रहा है। प्रत्येक जिले में एक मेडिकल कॉलेज स्थापित किया जा रहा है।
इसके साथ ही नर्सिंग कॉलेज भी खोले जा रहे हैं। इससे प्रदेश में डॉक्टरों और पेरा-मेडिकल स्टाफ की कमी दूर होगी। इतना ही नहीं, ऑल इंडिया इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मेडिकल साइंस (ऐम्स) की स्थापना भी हो रही है, जिससे केवल हरियाणा ही नहीं, बल्कि आस-पास के राज्यों के नागरिक भी लाभान्वित होंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं बढ़ाने के लिए जनसंवाद में आई हुई मांगों के आधार पर सब-हेल्थ सेंटर, प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र और सामान्य स्वास्थ्य केंद्र स्थापित किए जाएं।
बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री के मुख्य प्रधान सचिव श्री राजेश खुल्लर, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव श्री सुधीर राजपाल, वित्त विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव श्री अनुराग रस्तोगी, मुख्यमंत्री के अतिरिक्त प्रधान सचिव डॉ अमित अग्रवाल और स्वास्थ्य विभाग के विशेष सचिव व आयुष्मान भारत हरियाणा स्वास्थ्य संरक्षण प्राधिकरण के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी श्री आदित्य दहिया सहित अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
