Haryana Chief Secretary, Sh TVSN Prasad, has directed all Deputy Commissioners (DCs) and Additional Deputy Commissioners (ADCs) of the State to resolve all grievances related to the Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) by Monday.
These grievances were identified during the Samadhan Shivirs, an initiative aimed at resolving public grievances on the spot.
During a video conference today, Sh Prasad reviewed the progress of the Samadhan Shivirs with the DCs and ADCs.He emphasized the positive reception of the initiative by the public and praised the efforts of the officials in promptly resolving citizens' concerns, which he highlighted as the primary duty of civil administration.
"We must meet the expectations of the people," Mr. Prasad stated, urging officials to adhere strictly to the schedule of the Samadhan Shivirs, which are held daily from 9 AM to 11 AM. He also noted that the videography of these sessions is being conducted to ensure transparency and accountability. Additionally, a video wall will be set up in the Secretariat to monitor the activities of these grievance redressal camps across various districts and subdivisions.
In addition, Sh Prasad directed the officials to send details of grievances related to policy matters to Special Secretary Monitoring and Coordination Dr Priyanka Soni. This would enable coordination with various departments at the headquarters to ensure timely and effective resolution of these issues.
Furthermore, Sh Prasad mentioned that the Chief Minister, Sh Nayab Singh , will likely to personally review the functioning of the Samadhan Shivirs on Tuesday. Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sh V. Umashankar, Nodal Officer of Samadhan Prakosth Sh Chandershekhar Khare, Joint Secretary, Monitoring and Coordination Cell Smt Meenaxee Raj and other senior officers were also present in the meeting.

हरियाणा के मुख्य सचिव श्री टी.वी.एस.एन. प्रसाद ने राज्य के सभी उपायुक्तों और अतिरिक्त उपायुक्तों को, समाधान शिविरों के दौरान सामने आई परिवार पहचान पत्र से संबंधित सभी शिकायतों का 8 जुलाई तक समाधान करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह 9 जुलाई को व्यक्तिगत रूप से समाधान शिविरों के कामकाज की समीक्षा करेंगे।
आज एक वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस के दौरान डी.सी. और ए.डी.सी. के साथ समाधान शिविरों की प्रगति की समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान श्री प्रसाद ने कहा कि आमजन द्वारा इस पहल की काफी सराहना की जा रही है। नागरिकों की चिंताओं को तत्परता से हल करने के लिए अधिकारियों के प्रयासों की प्रशंसा करते हुए उन्होंने इसे नागरिक प्रशासन का प्राथमिक कर्तव्य बताया।
श्री प्रसाद ने कहा कि हमें लोगों की अपेक्षाओं पर खरा उतरने का पूरा प्रयास करना चाहिए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को प्रतिदिन सुबह 9 से 11 बजे तक आयोजित किए जा रहे समाधान शिविरों के कार्यक्रम का सख्ती से पालन करने के भी निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित करने के लिए इन शिविरों की वीडियोग्राफी भी करवाई जा रही है। इसके अतिरिक्त, विभिन्न जिलों और उपमंडलों में इन समाधान शिविरों की गतिविधियों की निगरानी के लिए सचिवालय में एक वीडियो वॉल भी स्थापित की जाएगी।
इसके अलावा, मुख्य सचिव ने अधिकारियों को नीतिगत मामलों से संबंधित शिकायतों का विवरण निगरानी एवं समन्वय की विशेष सचिव डॉ. प्रियंका सोनी को भेजने के भी निर्देश दिए। इससे मुख्यालय में विभिन्न विभागों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करने में मदद मिलेगी, ताकि इन मुद्दों का समय पर और प्रभावी समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जा सके। बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री के प्रधान सचिव श्री वी. उमाशंकर, समाधान प्रकोष्ठ के नोडल अधिकारी श्री चंद्रशेखर खरे, निगरानी एवं समन्वय प्रकोष्ठ की संयुक्त सचिव श्रीमती मीनाक्षी राज और अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी उपस्थित थे।
