Haryana Minister of State for Development, Panchayats, and Cooperation, Sh. Mahipal Dhanda, called upon industrialists and capable members of society to support the products of self-help groups (SHG). Provide every possible support to strengthen self-help groups to eradicate poverty and make India a developed nation, he added.
Development and Panchayats Minister, Sh. Dhanda was addressing the CXO Meet of self-help groups organized at Surajkund, Faridabad, as the chief guest. This program was organized under the aegis of the Haryana State Rural Livelihood Mission, under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana.
Inaugurating the CXO Meet, Sh. Dhanda said that Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi has set a target of making India a developed nation by 2047, for which the state government is moving forward rapidly. To make India a world leader again, the country’s half population (women) must be empowered, for which special cooperation from industrialists is expected.
The goal is to transform millions of sisters into "Lakhpati Didis" through successful efforts via self-help groups. Approximately six lakh women in the state have been connected to self-help groups. Now, by establishing shared markets, more opportunities will be provided to the members of the SHG. He suggested arranging for counters in posh areas of all districts.
Sh. Mahipal Dhanda said that he also holds the portfolio of Co-operation, through which efforts will be made to increase the income of farmers. He also stated that there is a high demand for milk, curd, and ghee in NCR, which will be met by establishing Vita booths.
Efforts will be made systematically with farmers' cooperation to meet the demand for vegetables. He said there are many families with an annual income of less than one lakh rupees, and the youth in these families are highly skilled. The government will support honing their skills. He also mentioned taking steps towards electricity generation under the GOBAR dhan Yojana.
The minister praised the artistry of the sisters of self-help groups making clay utensils, stating that our sisters are conveying the message of returning to old traditions to maintain good health. Eating from clay utensils can keep 95 percent of diseases away from home.
During this event, Director of Skill Development, Government of India, and Dr. Amarinder Kaur, CEO of Haryana State Rural Livelihood Mission, provided detailed information about the schemes being run for the skill development of youth and self-help groups. The second session of the CXO Meet discussed skill development in detail and deliberated on promoting self-help groups.

हरियाणा के विकास एवं पंचायत मंत्री श्री महिपाल ढांडा ने उद्योगपतियों तथा समाज के समर्थ लोगों का आह्वान किया कि वे स्वयं सहायता समूहों के उत्पादों को अपनाकर गरीब के घर में हर रोज दिवाली मनवाने का संकल्प लें, सरकार भी गरीबों की भलाई के लिए तत्पर है। गरीबी उन्मूलन के साथ भारत को विकसित राष्ट्र बनाने के लिए स्वयं सहायता समूहों को मजबूत बनाने के लिए हर संभव सहयोग प्रदान करें।
विकास एवं पंचायत मंत्री श्री महिपाल ढांडा आज फरीदाबाद के सूरजकुंड में आयोजित स्वयं सहायता समूहों की सीएक्सओ मीट को बतौर मुख्यातिथि संबोधित कर रहे थे। इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन दीनदयाल उपाध्याय ग्रामीण कौशल योजना के अंतर्गत हरियाणा राज्य ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन के तत्वावधान में किया गया।
सीएक्सओ मीट का शुभारंभ करते हुए श्री ढांडा ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने भारत को वर्ष 2047 तक विकसित राष्ट्र बनाने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया, जिसे हासिल करने के लिए प्रदेश सरकार तेजी से आगे बढ़ रही है। भारत को पुन: विश्व गुरू बनाने के लिए देश की आधी आबादी (महिलाओं) को सशक्त बनाना होगा, जिसमें उद्योगपतियों का विशेष सहयोग अपेक्षित है।
इसके लिए करोड़ों बहनों को लखपति दीदी बनाना है, जिसके लिए स्वयं सहायता समूहों के माध्यम से सफल प्रयास जारी है। प्रदेश में लगभग छह लाख बहनों को स्वयं सहायता समूहों से जोड़ा गया है। अब सांझा बाजार स्थापित करके समूहों की बहनों को और अधिक अवसर प्रदान किये जायेंगे। उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि सभी जिलों में पॉश इलाकों में समूहों की बहनों के लिए काउंटर दिलवाने की व्यवस्था की जाए।
पंचायत मंत्री ने कहा कि को-आपरेटिव विभाग भी उनके पास है, जिसके माध्यम से किसानों की आय में वृद्घि के लिए प्रयास किये जायेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि वे नगदी फसलों को लेकर किसानों के लिए एक पॉलिसी का निर्माण करवायेंगे। साथ ही उन्होंने बताया कि एनसीआर में दूध-दही-घी की अत्यधिक मांग है, जिसे पूरा करने लिए वीटा बूथों को स्थापित करवाएंगे। सब्जियों की मांग को पूरा करने के लिए भी किसानों के सहयोग से नीतिबद्घ तरीके से काम करेंगे।
उन्होंने अपने हैचरी उद्योग का उदाहरण प्रस्तुत करते हुए विभिन्न उदाहरणों से समझाने का प्रयास किया कि देश में प्रतिभा की कोई कमी नहीं है। प्रतिभाशाली युवाओं को सही प्लेटफार्म व अवसर प्रदान करने की जरूरत है। एक लाख रुपये से कम आय वाले लाखों परिवार है जिनमें रहने वाले युवाओं में हुनर की कोई कमी नहीं है। उनके हुनर को निखारने के लिए सरकार सहयोग देगी। उन्होंने कहा कि गोबरधन योजना के तहत विद्युत उत्पादन की दिशा में कदम बढ़ायेंगे।
मंत्री ने कहा कि मिट्टी के बर्तन बनाने वाली स्वयं सहायता समूहों की बहनों की कला की मुक्त कंठ से प्रशंसा करते हुए कहा कि हमारी बहन पुन: पुरानी परंपरा की ओर लौटने का संदेश दे रही हैं, ताकि हमारा स्वास्थ्य अच्छा रहे। यदि हम मिट्टी के बर्तनों में भोजन करेंगे तो 95 प्रतिशत बिमारियों को घर से दूर रख सकते हैं। युवाओं व महिलाओं को कौशल विकास देने के लिए कार्यक्रम चलाये जा रहे हैं। प्रदेश सरकार ने तो कौशल विकास के लिए पलवल में विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना की है।
इस दौरान कौशल विकास भारत सरकार के निदेशक एसके तिवारी तथा हरियाणा राज्य ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन की सीईओ डा. अमरिंदर कौर ने अपने संबोधन में विस्तृत रूप में स्वयं सहायता समूहों तथा युवाओं के कौशल विकास के लिए चलाई जा रही योजनाओं की महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी दी। सीएक्सओ मीट के दूसरे सत्र में विस्तार से कौशल विकास पर चर्चा की गई।
साथ में स्वयं सहायता समूहों को आगे बढ़ाने पर मंथन किया गया। इस मौके पर कौशल प्रशिक्षण लेकर नौकरी हासिल करने वाले युवाओं सहित इस दिशा में बेहतरीन योगदान देने वाले अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों को भी सम्मानित किया गया। इस दौरान मंत्री ढांडा ने स्वयं सहायता समूहों द्वारा स्थापित विभिन्न स्टालों का अवलोकन किया और महिलाओं द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों की सराहना की।
